Everything about this location is chill and cool except for the girl with glasses and monotone, odd energy. She really adds a negative vibe to the place and if she’s having a bad day, she’ll make sure that you feel it. I used to shop here a lot with my partner but stopped because she would go out of her way to say strange/rude things to my partner specifically and give us unnecessary attitude.

The dirtiest wawa bathroom I've ever seen in over 30 years. I grew up with Wawa in the northeast and always knew they had clean facilities no matter what time of day. Stopping here in the middle of the afternoon and the restrooms were absolutely disgusting. It's obvious they haven't been cleaned in weeks!

I stopped to use the restroom and buying coffees. The restroom was so disgusting and the store was not very clean that I decided not buy coffees. My wife said the same thing for the ladies room.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during a recent visit to your store. An item I intended to purchase was incorrectly priced in the system. When I brought this to the attention of a sales associate, he confirmed the price discrepancy and showed another employee — a male with locs and colored contacts — the display where multiple items were stocked at the same price.
Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the male associate claimed the items were “inappropriately stocked,” falsely stated he was the manager, and walked away mid-conversation, disappearing into the back of the store. Throughout my time there, he was also seen eating and drinking while walking around the store, which appeared unprofessional.
Thankfully, the actual store manager later came out and handled the situation properly by honoring the listed price. I appreciate the manager’s professionalism, but the earlier experience was unacceptable and disappointing.
I hope this issue is addressed with the appropriate staff and that future customers receive the respectful and helpful service your brand stands for.

Alex the cash register lady was very rude and idiotic when it came to the simple needs of the customer she shouldn’t be working there at all so please fire her

There was a cashier named Alex. She's the girl with the pink hair. Her customer service is outstanding. I couldn't pay for my items because apparently my phone is not up-to-date. The young lady with the pink hair Alex. Ask everyone to help me. Figure out what was going on with my phone situation. In my payment situation, Alex truly went above and beyond and helping me out. I just got accused of stealing Nesquick, After I showed her my receipt, she proceeded to say “mhm” and walk away Maybe instead of jumping to conclusions and trying to embarrass people that come into the store in front of other people, they should do a little bit more research, because that’s ridiculous. As a young black guy. I don’t need someone to accuse me of something stereotypical, acting like I couldn’t afford 2.49.

The evening of 3/1/25. Nice Wawa but next time make sure the quirky chick with the pink hair stop talking to mfkas any old type of way like she knows them. Asking me jokey questions I was in no mood to retort at that time and playing with the smokes I ordered like Jenga blocks. Really didn't appreciate that interaction at all.

Went inside to purchase some chips and a drink sandwich. The young black cashier with funny looking eyes (contacts) and a afro was rude and unprofessional everybody else was great. I’ll go across the street to 7-eleven from now on.

This wawa is so dirty. I didn't even want to get coffee because I found a hair stuck on the nozzle. Seems they never clean. Wawa in Laplata is nice and clean

While getting a cup of coffee I observed the manager providing excellent customer service to a gentleman that appeared to be down on his luck. As he left, two other employees began a very inappropriate conversation and laughing about the gentleman. I will NEVER go into the Wawa on McKendree Lane again since the employees (exclude the manager) find it appropriate to talk about customers in a demoralizing way. You have NO idea what others may go through. The gentleman, I'm sure, appreciated being treated like a person. I, however, did not appreciate listening to inappropriate conversation by horrible employees.
