If I could give this place zero stars I would. My dog died because of their miss diagnosis. I had my dog for 7 years and took her to this place. Not only were they rude and racist they were extremely overpriced. Once I told them that. They treated me and my dog horribly. My dog passed the very next day.
If you love your fur baby please don’t take them to this place!

I have been taking my puppy to Brentwood since he was 9 weeks old and he just turned 1. I must say from the Veterinarians to the techs to admin, we have received great service, personalization and excellent care/advisement each time we shown up or called. My puppy literally runs up the steps to go in. We use them for boarding, recommended shots, micro-chipping, nail grooming, and accidents.

Came here 2x for my cat, and both times they were able to fit me in their schedules. Damion is one of the techs that helped my cat and was so patient and friendly. Definitely recommend coming here. My cat is doing better. ?

This man sold my father broken veterinary equipment for thousands of dollars and then wouldn’t respond to him. My father had known him for decades. What an absolutely disgusting awful human being. My father died a couple of years ago, but he never forgot the fraud this man committed against him.

my cats are all street rescues and feral so i was glad to find a vet who understands this situation. price was affordable and service was perfect. Dr. Ahmad is excellent, fast, and efficient.

Overall, I am concerned about the services received at Brentwood Animal Hospital. I appreciate that they were able to get my dog in the same day she was in need of immediate care. However, the communication received from them about the $800+ worth of services and care planning at home (outside of medication administration) to support a partial tear in her ACL was not adequate. I was in shock at the diagnosis and price of care for my dog, which likely clouded my ability to ask all of the proper questions to care for her at home during our visit. I called them numerous times asking questions about her care at home (i.e., when to expect the sedation to wear off, what time to begin her home medications, how long to expect her breathing to be labored) and expectations about her mobility that were not discussed at the time of her visit, sometimes getting roundabout / general responses based on the receptionist's chart review - which led to mixed messaging around expectations of my dog's mobility. The vet recommended leash walking, no jumping, and approved doing her standard walks, just slowly. The receptionist recommended assisted mobility. Overall, the communication received was not helpful in providing me with an understanding of how to support my dog at home - whether I needed to purchase things to comfort her and assist her mobility, expectations to potty indoors versus outdoors since she's a big dog and I live in a large apartment, etc. I would recommend asking ALL of your questions prior to receiving services and coming home, if possible.

All they do there is prescribe medication and that's it's! It's not a veterinary office. They do not take w holistic approach to caring for your animal and would never recommend. I've gone tireless times to complain about my dog and all they wanna do is prescribe medication and nothing is ever wrong with me. So dissatisfied and disappointed ?☹️

Always a great experience, friendly staff and my Nami actually gets excited when we pull into the parking lot and she realizes where she’s going. They treat my fur baby really good!

Went in today to have a check up on a stray pregnant cat I had been feeding, I wanted to take her in so I needed to check how her health was doing. I have been going here for years and the doctors and staff are always amazing! Specially last minute emergencies they will always take you in. Pregnant cat is doing well and they even recommended supplements and answered all my questions. Thank you for everything Dr.mazoor!
