I pay $1000 per month for two storage lockers. When I have a question, I expect someone to answer the phone. It's disgraceful and down right unethical for you all to not offer any discounts for senior citizens. I'm sure seniors comprise a recognizable percentage of your business. What happened to corporate citizenry? Most of us are on a fixed income.

Melissa, the/a manager at the Brentwood, MD location deserves a raise. Not only is she personable and polite, but knowing my unit needs, she was proactive in helping me find a unit that fit my needs. Thank you Melissa.

I have used this facility for many years, starting when it first opened as EZ Storage. The service was great. Since Public Storage took over, Malissa, who still works there is the greatest. I have never had negative experiences there.

My experience with Public Storage was GREAT!!! I have 2 units and my first interaction was seamless with the app and my second experience was with Melissa! She was extremely helpful with my second unit and made my move so much smoother.

Mice poop everywhere in my storage room. I do not recommend their place. SMH it’s clearly rodent infested. I don’t even have any food in my storage room so I hate the fact that they are all on my stuff pooping on everything smh

Attendant was very rude! Sat Aug 19..parents trying to pack students up for school coming from out of town and this young complaining about every and anything..But other staff was always polite

I made a reservation online for a 5x10 storage unit. This property called to confirm my reservation TWICE and I did answer to confirm my reservation. I tried to complete payment online prior to my arrival only to be told that the unit has been taken by someone else. What is the point of making a reservation then? This goes against the very definition of a reservation. It shouldn’t be called a reservation if someone can take the unit I RESERVED anyways. It should be called a raffle instead. I am moving from nyc and imagine if I didn’t check my reservation for the THIRD time before move in day? The only solution from customer service was to make another reservation, and I wouldn’t be able to keep the same rate I locked in for my original reservation. This was a big waste of my time. Please don’t waste yours as well. I will be looking for a storage unit with another, more competent company.

I came in to get information about renting a 5x5. Pari was very friendly and knowledgeable. She showed me 2 different units on different floors, and explained the lease in detail so there wouldn’t be any gray areas. Wish this location was closer to my home because it is clean. And management is very professional. I decided to go with a location closer to my house though. Thank you again Pari

If I could give this place a 0, I would. Extremely rude staff to begin with. When you go in person, you will more than likely not see anyone working in office. I asked to see a unit before reserving it. The unit I was shown was much better than the unit provided to me. Frankly it doesn't look true to size. Asked to get a new unit after two days, was told that there was be a transfer fee almost the same amount as one months rent (which is over $100). When asked for a refund I was told no because I had TWO days to say something.If you look at the pictures, you can see that the unit that I was provided looks small with an obstruction that does take up space in my unit. It's simply isn't fair that I wasn't provided a unit without obstruction. I simply wanted to switch it, but was told there was no way to switch it without paying another heap of money. Now this experience was even more frustrating and upsetting, because of the extremely rude employees that seemed annoyed by me simply asking for a better unit. They constantly gave me mix information about hours and staff on site, and i felt pressured to buy something right away or i wouldn't get anything. Then every time I called, they would talk to each other, saying things about me while having me on the phone. I tried to call a high customer service just to speak to a like minded person but was only prompted to speak to property managers at that site. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Go to Extra Space or somewhere else. 0/10.
