“A couple of years ago, I bought the Angelica dress, a cute black floral dress from Scout and Molly's in Pike & Rose. This time around, I placed an order through their online website for an in-store pickup. Wendy called to let me know my item (Side Puffy Heart Necklace) arrived, and there wasn't a rush to pick it up. When I arrived in the store, I was greeted by the friendly staff members and picked up my item in a timely manner.”
“My ten year old has been asking to go, I was concerned about the "riskay" items I've seen in there before, so I checked it out prior to taking her and that section no longer exists. I am glad to report that she was happy to see all the anime merchandise. She got some earrings and necklaces. The customer service was excellent, the cashier person was patient with customers in front of me, and she was very pleasant when checking us out.”

“I didn't have an appointment but Cheryl was gracious enough to squeeze me in on the day of my procedure. I didn't mind waiting. I found her to be engaging, knowledgeable, professional, and fast! She was familiar with my insurance and managed all of the billing for me. Essentially, I walked in, had a good conversation while I got measured, and walked out in about a 30-minute span. I also liked that Cheryl was sensitive to her other clients' needs. Remember, she operates primarily on an appointment basis. She asked if I could wait elsewhere while someone with a health condition about which she was sensitive was tended to. I noted and appreciated her relationship with and attention to this client. I would hope to receive the same if ever needed. Cheryl has a broad selection of things...I needed support hose. Unlike many other providers, she has them in stock. She handled the billing. Everything was easy peasy. Thanks, Cheryl!”

“I have shopped at Lands' End the catalogue for years and have never been disappointed. Their service is great and their return policy is even better. I had a very old winter jacket(about 2 years or so) that I never got to wear because the zipper broke on it. It happened to be the second jacket I had this happen to so I thought I was going to have to pay for a new jacket. Not only did they pay shipping back, they were having a sale so I bought a new jacket with free shipping on this. I sent the old jacket back that had the broken zipper which they paid shipping on and they sent me the full price of the jacket on a gift card since I never got to use it. “Very nice small store with plenty of ladies items. Good deals after Christmas on everything. My wife purchased some hats, sweaters and all were packed up in a bag to go. The only downside was that the Italian sweater had a bit of a musty smell.”
“First time for my fiancé and I to visit this store. We were looking for a pretty cool and decent thrift shop. Checked google and this one popped up first. Had great ratings so decided to check it out. Arrival to the store was easy to see. Was greeted by the front associates (so that was nice ?). Browsed through and both my fiancé and I found a shirt or two we appreciated. Tried them on in the fitting room and they were nicely lit and clean. We were greeted at the register and also informed on their rewards program, which I appreciated. Due to me being a loyal rewards shopper in most places I shop. Exciting! Told to have a great day and we enjoyed our first experience @Uptown Cheapskate Rockville. Thank you for a smooth process and not to mention neat and organized.”
