I don't do reviews unless I am upset about a company. But the two Latino young ladies did such a wonderful job for me. It wasn't my intention to leave Metro
But I went there thinking it was a Metro store.The lady that opened helped me see in my phone that I was at the wrong store and asked if I wanted to switch. We called my previous provider and got the codes to switch me over. She was thorough with everything and although other customers were coming in she was able to wait on them and still work on my switch over she had a problem transferring the apps but her associate came in and assisted with the customers and my phone and was able to get all apps transferred. I was there a little over a week ago and I wish I knew their names
But the two Latino young ladies really impressed me how diligent they are with customers and extremely knowledgeable...
I hope this Boost service is as good as those two young ladies.

Yes this is the most amazing best store I've ever been in my whole life she fixed the phone where all the boost people couldn't fix it and she fixed it for me in less a half hour. Ashley is the best in that store.

The lady that works there sold me a used iPhone...was nervous and didn't want to let us see it before she sold it to us...the phone didnt work tried to take it back. Never dropped the phone or anything and she noticed the littlest crack we never noticed and didn't let us return it. Do not buy from or go to this store ever! SCAM!

Cameron - top of the line associate. Very pleasant. Answered all of my questions. (Even the dumb ones). It you don't give this associate $100 per hour more, you're crazy.

I went to Boost Saturday morning, thought my phone had a virus. Shay tried to fix it. Went home, off & on all day, phone kept acting up, went back down around 5:50 pm. They close @ 7:00. She's the only one working. She looked@ my phone, saw how it was acting up, thought @ this point, probably was a virus. She said I was eligible for discount since my phone wasn't that old. She took her time, showed me several cases, even took them out, put them on the phone for me to look at. She did everything she was supposed to do, very pleasant, customer friendly. And, in the end, she saved me some money. I left there a very satisfied customer! I can't say enough of nice things about her! She deserves a "pat on the back"! You definitely need to keep her!
