01. I never got a copy my lease, despite me asking for it to this day.2. I was promised a bigger stove. No word.3. Nothing gets fixed, because it appears the handyman comes over, looks at it, doesnt have the right tools as simple as a hammer, blames it on me, forgets for weeks, then comes back unannounced even after I texted both of them multiple times to let me know beforehand. I live in a small apartment, with two cabinets for food and a family, and the cabinet had been left broken for weeks despite my countless requests to have them fixed. My food non perishables sat on the counter for weeks and thats when the mice appeared, eating holes in the boxes.4. I had talked about the issues with my fiance so he was aware that I was uneasy with Mr. Stovall being there because of the break-ins and him coming over just to waste our time. I also directly told Mr. and Mrs. Stovall that I wanted to add him to the lease. Every time the handyman came over he would start fights with my fiance, and got in his face one time because my fiance said something about him coming over and not fixing anyting.5. Someone had been breaking ino my house for weeks before I said something. My door was alwas unlocked but the front door to the building was always locked, leading me to believe that it was an inside job. After I made my complaint, Mrs. Stovall promised some type of outside survelliance, and sent her husaband, the handyman. When he arrived, the handyman asked me if I was sure that it wasnt me who was leaving the door open, insinuating, that I am crazy. At this point 3 people had witnessed the door being unlocked after we locked it. We pointed out that we had gotten a camera, and then the handyman followed that up with, "are you going to put your fiance on the lease?". That alarmed me. So after he left, my neighbor, (I had talked to him about this before) came to us and let us know that after we last talked he noticed that everytime we would say someone broke into the house at some point the handyman was parked out back.. A week after I moved in I saw a mouse. The handyman, comes and asks me if I have a plug-in mouse deterrant, I replied no. He goes on to say that he gave my neighbor downstairs one, and that he was sure that he gave me one as well when I moved in. After taking sometime to search for one, I went ahead and purchased one myself, because I know the disesases mice cause and I also have a newborn. After weeks of the food from the cabinet being left of the counter, as I literally have nowhere else to put them, gets attacked by mice, I make another request to have someone come, because we were all simultaneously getting sick and had rashes everywhere. I took my kids to the DR and they told me I may have rodents. Mrs. Stovall sent Orkin. 8 mice were caught and I requested more traps because we could also here scratching in the wall, the same wall that we share with a vacant house. On top of that, we havent had our street trash taken in almost 2 months, which is also causing the mice to multiply quicker. We got no answer. One night we woke up and a mouse was crawling on us. So I contaced her again. Mrs. Stovall denied that the handyman offered me a mice detterent, and that there has ever been mice, and then asked me, "what her role was in all of this"; she asked me for a list of repairs again, after I have sent them multiple times and them not being fixed, I also told her I wanted to sit down and have a conversation about her husbands conduct, as I moved in here directly recovering from a domestic violence situation, and this man is breaking into my house. And to do WHAT exactly? I also asked for my lease again, and I havent heard from anyone since. These people have no respect, professionalism, or courtesy and have shown time and time again, that they simply dont care about our issues. I pay my rent early, I should have decent, on time, courteous service. And not have to fear for my life in the process! But she is only good at keeping up appearances, deflecting the responsiblity and taking my money.GOOD DAY
