My international package is missing after scheduling a redelivery from this location. Package never redelivered, just says ready to pick up but wrong address given to pick up. Pretty sure the package is missing.
* Just wanted to give an update to say the supervisor of this post office did reach out to me and personally located the package. This was surprising considering I visited this post office twice before and no one could find it. It really sounded like she was disappointed in her staff. I am adding a star back because she was very helpful.

Im never one to give bad reviews but when the mailman is giving away your packages to random people just cause they are out front of your place there's a problem

I love my local post office! All of the employees are kind and accommodating.
People leaving poor reviews and judging the area clearly don’t understand this is a heavily trafficked area, overcrowded, and generally lower income (it is literally next to a thrift store and we do not have an actual grocery store anymore in this area). The office is understaffed and the employees are likely underpaid.
My only complaint is their parking lot is quite small considering how busy the area is.
Patience really is a virtue.

Dirty place , often closed in the middle of the day . Tape holding the wall mailboxs together. I avoid this post office normally if possible.

Giving my local P.O. four because the staff works very well given their circumstances. They are friendly and efficient in taking care of all the responsibilities of their position. Carriers are very friendly as well.
That being said, this busy location is horribly understaffed and lacks the resources an office that handles this volume needs. The staff is ALWAYS busy and at needs more on-site staff. Also, a self-scan and drop-off station for those dropping off pre-labeled parcels would alliviate some of the congestion they experience.
Additionally, the parking lot is much too small to accomodate the number of customers. given the lack of space, I wouldn't know how to address this, but more personell would help to remedy this problem.
Love the people, building needs help.

Have to love that they close at 5 but lights off and doors locked at 4:45. How about stay open until your scheduled time on the door

I visited this place today, Aug. 9th, 2024, at about 4:15pm to attempt to open a PO Box because my packages keep being stolen (I am new to the area). When I came in, she told me I needed two forms of ID- a photo ID and a non-photo ID. I went to my car and got my vehicle registration and got back in line to wait my turn. When I got back to the desk she gave me a PO Box application and told me to fill it out. I was almost done filling it out and she told me "you gots to go. I ain't gettin' paid no overtime." I told her it's only 4:45 and I was on the last box of the application and I needed to open a PO Box as my life sustaining medications are shipped to me in the mail. She reiterated that she "ain't got no time and ain't gettin' paid no overtime." She held the door open and locked it behind me.
I sat in the parking lot and called my mom to talk to her and tell her what was happening and another person went to the door to try to drop off a package. It was 4:49 at this point and she wouldn't let her in.
I know this review won't matter and nobody will probably read it but I felt the need to vent. This place is an absolute disaster.

I recently received a report from my mail lady saying that she received a report that my package wasn't delivered but I can confirm it was actually delivered on time. I want to make sure my mail carrier isn’t held responsible for this mistake, as she’s always been punctual and respectful with our deliveries. Neither I nor anyone in my family filed this report and I use informed delivery and front door cameras that record EVERYTHING all day to track our packages, so I’m certain everything was handled correctly. I’m not sure who made the report, but they seem to be mistaken. I really appreciate the great service we’ve received from our mail carrier.

This branch EARNS every 0 star rating you see… hands down the most disrespectful, inept, inefficient, and unhelpful group of people.
The supervisor would rather chat on the phone, order her flatbread for lunch,
and count change than help you get your mail.
