I called this location specifically to ask if they were in stock for tamiflu. The man on the phone said yes and gave me three options of mg. I told them I will have my provider e-prescribe the medication. I get there just for them to tell me they don’t have any in stock no call no text message and I’m severely sick with the flu aching out of my bed to drive 20 minutes for them to tell me the opposite of what they told me on the phone. And they all had attitudes when I came to the window will never send a script here ever again

1) After 26 yrs with Rite Aid and the store closing, they automatically switched my info to Walgreens which is across the street. I am upset because I was never informed.2) This is the 3rd week with Walgreens and the pharmacy or whomever answered the phone wants to argue with me regarding a refill I still have left listed on the box and hasn't expired.3) I am researching another pharmacy in the states we visit frequently to see if CVS is listed or just go back to mailorder.4) My "profile" as they refer is not updated, or the prescription I'm calling for is not in my profile and that I have no refills. So what did Rite Aid send you, just my name and DOB? Weird I cannot get any refills, I need to have the doctor give new scripts for all 5 of my medications.Claiming to not have my insurance information, but still process the order when the doctor called it in.??????????

5740 Richie highway walgreens pharmacy among so many has become the worst I've ever had to deal with. They take advantage of noone caring about this neighborhood and hire the most ignorant people literally & in attitude. No help, no fault, disrespectful including the pharmacist herself.. negative *****'s. AND they have ignored my complaints and has been around a month and still nothing..

Nice staff but the way they do prescriptions is horrible. You can't have even 1 day early, and they take hours even if your the only one waiting. They wouldn't give me my benzodiazapines because it was a day early even though they were closed the next 2 days, I had to go to the hospital

The pharmacist was too rude, after waiting an hour and half waiting to figure out where is my prescription and calling the hospital he asked me to come back next morning, when I did next day, and said Hi, is my medication available, he replied Rudely: No I don’t have time to do it.I went back to the hospital and got myMedication in a minute. What a waste of time when you deal with incompetent and rude people.

Requested meds to be delivered. Pharmacy sent the WRONG medication and when I called they basically said, oh well too bad. No accountability, AT ALL. This is why Walgreens got scammed by Elizabeth Holmes. Instead of doing common sense practices, they do shenanigans and endanger people by withholding their maintenance meds because of their mistakes. I'd give this place a negative review if I could

I had a great experience here with a quick photo order of decent quality. Christine was so friendly and had my order ready to go. The store had everything I needed in stock and a great selection. I was pleasantly surprised!

IMO the female pharmacist or tech, Salaya (sp) needs to be retrained in customer service or needs to be removed from answering the phones. OR finds something she actually has an interest in doing, because it ain't helping people. I wait on hold for 20 + mins at a time. 20 mins in store (with 2 toddlers). The most recent time I was hung up on twice. Once by the system and once intentionally by the her. The male, Tyler, is absolutely PHENOMENAL. He was going to be the reason I put up with the other lady but after our conversation yesterday, I will pick up my rx today but any future RX will take place at the nice little private pharmacy 1000 feet behind Walgreens. Ballsy putting one behind corporate but I know exactly why. It takes nothing to not be nasty. If you don't like your job but you're there for the money, YOU ARE THE PROBLEM. Our world is in a mental health crisis, you don't know peoples struggles. What you should know and be aware of is that everyone is struggling with something and you never know when someone might just be right on the edge. Train your employees to treat your customers with respect and then follow up and make sure they continue to do so every single day with every single customer. Every month since NOVEMBER, this woman has an attitude. Not only to me. She was this way to my boyfriend before she knew who he was there for, then smiled in his face.Teach them not to judge people by the medication they take. And have taken for 20 years, never having an issue. 10 months ago my mother passed away unexpectedly. I rely on my medication to wake up and function like a human being so I can be healthy for my children. There's a national shortage and absolutely everyone is having trouble filling their entire rx. Because I request my rx (same day every month) earlier than they "are allowed to fill it", doesn't mean I'm abusing my meds. It means I'm calling it in early so y'all can order it and have it so I can take my Rx together. But y'all don't see that you've screwed up my regimen.....not me.Teach them what happens to someone's mental state when there's a NATIONAL SHORTAGE and Walgreens is dropping the ball. Teach them to listen to their customers instead of them assuming they are answering the customer's question. After this month, I will never step foot in Walgreens again and neither will my family or anyone who asks for a recommendation. As for Tyler, he is like Walgreens little Gold Nugget. I encourage him if he ever sees this, get a raise, or seek employment elsewhere, you don't deserve the wrath this woman has hung over Walgreens. You are much more valuable and if it has ever been a thought....DO IT!I don't ever write reviews. But I'm a start today. Our world is a struggle for everyone, it's time people recognize that. Give Karma a little push. If you're angry...stay home.If someone anger you...go home.If you can't keep composure in public, especially at your place of employment, go heal yourself. We all have one shot at this life, who TF wants to be remembered at the B with the attitude problem.

This is the worst pharmacy to go to . I was going to the one on fort ave but they closed that one down so I moved all my medicine to this one and it’s so slow every time I get my medicine I have to wait 10 to 15 min in line and when I do express paid that doesn’t matter because no body be in that line. It take long to answer the phone and when I get my order delivered I have to call up there to make sure they send it out because it would sit for days no matter how many people there it always slow

Tried to have photos printed here. Got an email saying they were ready. At the store, either employee couldnt find them or they were not actually ready, told me to come back the next day. (It was only 2 prints. It would have taken no time to just print them while I waited)

Would give 0 stars if possible. My doctor sent my prescription electronically. I call after 2 hours and made subsequent calls later in the day as well as 24 hours later to check if it's ready. Each time the recording said "we're still working on it we'll contact you when it's ready for pick up." So I go to the pharmacy because it should definitely be ready after 24 hours. I'm told there's an insurance problem. The medication will cost $498. So instead of calling me to tell me that, they let me think they are busy and are going to call me. I'm told they wait for people to come in and then they tell them. I could have called my physician to prescribe a similar medicine that is less expensive and had it filled the previous day if they had called me to let me know. So if you want to waste your time driving to Walgreens for no reason, then Brooklyn, MD Walgreens is the pharmacy for you. Also, they keep you on hold for 45 minutes and when somebody finally answers she says "can you hold?" I say "no" but she puts me on hold anyway, and then it starts wringing for 2 full minutes long, then it hangs up.
