Same problem as other's have noted. They do not have a label printer, so they could not execute my FedEx return. Employee was very nice though.

Couldn't return a package to Amazon because their mailing label printer was broken. Why do they have only one printer? I couldn't print one to bring bc my printer is not working. Asked if they could scan the QR code Amazon sent to my phone and hold pkg until they repaired the printer, the employee said he couldn't find it on my 7 inch Samsung phone screen. Must have been a new hire. Wasted trip, had to return days later and almost missed the return window.
