“We have received great service for 12 years from the St. Leonard Postal Service. Our packages are placed conveniently by the door and mail is delivered timely. The postal service has a difficult job (especially during Covid) and many do the very best they can given their resources and conditions beyond their control. Thankypu postal employees.”

“I would just like to share my experience with Solomon post,we had some urgent vaccines to be delivered from Honiara to Vanuatu, John and his team went over and above to make sure they were delivered and refrigerated on arrival he sent strict instructions via email to the manager of Vanuatu post to ensure this happened,these guys are the best of the best and can’t recommend them highly enough they perform 110%. Highly recommended this service to anyone needing to get their items to the right place in the right time.

“I always get great services there. The staff are very knowledgeable, caring, friendly. I highly recommend this Post office.I have been getting my mail since 1979 and worked with the staff that were there back in the 80's. I was a carrier. I on had 2 complaints. One was that I didn't pick up out going mail from this lady mailbox. That was,because her flag wasn't up and was broken, smh. The other wanted to talk every day about personal issues. I had 450 some letters and flats. Customers has to realize that we have a job to do.”

“Crazy that the other reviewer couldn’t get a money order. I called ahead to make sure and was informed that they would be able to help me. The staff that I spoke to was very friendly and helpful.”
“We rarely have issues with our mail but recently we hit a snag. We moved in some family of ours with a different last name and long story short, good intentions turned into a mistake. I contacted the post office and Jennifer took my call. I was very irritated and she was very professional and courteous. I spoke with Laura as well, the post master, a few times and while she was stern, primarily due to my irritated posture, she remained calm and professional and helped me. It took some doing and we all had to do our parts, but we got a win. I appreciate you guys for owning the mistake and sticking it out to help make it right. As I said initially, we rarely have issues with our mail, but when we did, and it was a doozie, not 100% cleaned up yet. But everyone I worked with at lusby post office stepped up, owned it, and helped me fix it.”

“They are extreamly helpful here...currently my usps tracking is not updating on a very important package I was sapose to get yesterday, n they don't mind the phone calls of me checking up to see if it's there. And around Christmas one of the workers even opened the door for me early on Christmas eve to let me in to get a package for my son. Last week I had to pick up a package with my loudly crying autistic 4 year old by my side and they wernt even phased. They quickly got my package and even gave my son a coloring book. They are very very kind there.”
