I want to give no stars. I’ve been going there quite a while but I’m very upset. My car was getting the back brakes changed(it took 4 days) I have previous small damage from a deer hitting my passenger above the wheel about 10 months ago. when I pick my car up all of a sudden I have a new dent with paint transfer and my door makes a noise when I open it , they said they looked at the footage and nothing happened but it’s quite a coincidence that I pick my car up and all of a sudden my door makes a noise and a new dent with paint transfer is on it and they won’t fess up. I got quoted for 2600 from a body shop and I don’t have it.

Took two cars here and had an equally great experience. Carter and crew were super friendly and do a great job with communication. Work was completed on time and done well. Super happy to have this place close by!

My car was damaged while in for service, and they handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. Even when the body shop had to replace parts twice, Nininger's took care of everything. They truly went above and beyond. Although we were already long-time clients, their outstanding handling of this incident has secured us as lifelong customers.

Nininger's isn't what it used to be. Thanksgiving night our 2 year old car broke down and we had it towed to the dealer thinking it was a warranty issue. However, the mechanic there found that the oil pan drain plug was missing and the oil was completely drained out (when we stopped the car, oil came running out). We have only had the oil changed twice, both times at Nininger's. Apparently, this is what happens when the mechanic only tightens the plug by hand.
We called Nininger's and asked to speak to the owner. Carter said the owner was unavailable for weeks while "working on something else". Carter also said, in two separate phone calls, that it was likely that it was sabotage and someone crawled under our car to loosen the plug. It has been a week and we have not heard from the owner which is unacceptable in a situation like this.
We have been customers at Nininger's for 19 years and have brought all of our family's vehicles there for maintenance and repairs. We are extremely disappointed and saddened that they are not standing behind their work. We are lucky that the car is running at all. We don't know what potential long term damage this has caused and as you might imagine, this causes problems for our engine warranty.
UPDATE: January 18, 2024
Nininger's has now responded, after two months, on social media. We have never been directly contacted by Nininger's about our "claim". We have been told by several mechanics that it can take months for a hand tightened screw to loosen and fall off. Much more likely than someone crawling under our car and loosening it. Really, Glen, shame on you.
