If I could give negative 5 stars I would . The pharmacist is totally prejudiced and never ever made anything easy when I picked up my prescription..he had an excuse for why they don’t have it in stock , why I can’t use my discount card and anything else he could do to not give me my medication. I finally had enough and switched to Laplata CVS on 301 and I was floored by the difference in how they treat me , how they have my medicine in stock and never made me feel like I was bothering them . This Bryans Road CVS has the absolute worst customer care and didn’t phase them if I was sick from not having my meds.. horrible . Period

This average pharmacy stands out as the slowest, most inefficient drive thru pharmacy in the greater DMV.
If you arrive and there is 1 or more cars already in the drive thru lane, turn around and try again another time unless you have at least 25 minutes to spare.

This CVS Pharmacy is consistently a headache. They are always understaffed, and the staff that are there seem to be doing everything but helping customers. Prescriptions take way too long to fill sometimes even days past when they’re supposed to be ready and there’s no sense of urgency or communication. If you try to ask for help, expect to be ignored or met with attitude. Whether you go through the drive thru pharmacy or inside it takes over an hour every time. I’ve given this location too many chances, and it never improves. Avoid if you value your time.

I went to the drive-through pharmacy line and I actually sat there for 35 minutes and it could’ve been longer if someone didn’t move from behind me where I could get out the line that was ridiculous

Customers are few every time I go in there. Also, being at this pharmacy, many times the line is LONG (to the end of the aisle and around the corner) trying to pickup your Rx! Unbelievable! Can we get chairs to sit in while waiting? Maybe toss in a cup of coffee to help with the waiting

The drive thru us horrible. There's absolutely no reason why it should 40 mins to pick up your medicine. Unacceptable!!

The worst damn pharmacy around, go through the drive thru? you’ll be waiting 30min-1hr doesn’t matter if your the first car or the 4th. Absolutely ridiculous.

Pharmacy is terrible! Nothing is ever ready on time! Refilled via text/app! Told it was ready..once I got there I was asked to come back in a hour! Came back a full hour and 30 mins later it still wasn’t filled! This CVS is an inconvenience for everyone in the area! You hear the complaints while standing in line, what really gets me is , it’s always 4+ people in the pharmacy (working) with Nothing being done

CVS Bryan’s Road, MD, Indian Head HWY. This place let me sit in line I outside drive thru for 25 minutes or longer. After waiting so long they told me it was closed at 6:09 pm. Apparently they close at 6:00 pm, but I was there about 5:30 pm or before. The pharmacist didn’t tell me and he was going to tell me they were close; the window was open and he saw me. I saw the store manager ask then she told me it was closed. But yet he passed by the window repeatedly for 15 minutes.
I watched the lights go out and the window was still open and 3 cars were behind me. Not to leave out the pharmacist was extremely rude! He had an African accent. They told me to come back tomorrow.
I went inside and there was a lady still in line getting her medicine and they refused to help me still. The lady wasn’t there when I was in drive thru, but yet they helped her and not me. This is not the first problem I have had at this location. Last time they lied about my medicine not being authorized. My health insurance had to call them! Also, most of the time they are in short supply of medication or have only generic!!!
