The “floating” pharmacist that was on duty when I was at CVS in Burtonsville on April 2, 2024 between 4 pm and 7 pm was rude and lacks customer decorum. She should not be dealing with the public and gives CVS a bad name. I hope to never encounter her again if I ever have to fill a prescription.

My experience with store 1461 was great, they went above and beyond to help me solve my issue with my father’s prescription. I really appreciate the pharmacists and technicians at this store, they always help me out every time I’m come in.

The pharmacy is not only the worst pharmacy ever but also the worst business. I am only speaking of the pharmacy. There were two decent employees there for a very long time but now they are even gone.

I went to my local CVS to get a covid test. I never in a million years would have thought that the worst part of potentially having covid was dealing with the rude, worthless, incompetent employees at CVS burtonsville. I scheduled a PCR rapid test for 2:30. I show up on time and ring the bell for the drive through. After ignoring me for 5-10 mins, a pharmacist finally gets on the intercom and tells me that they are not doing Covid tests at this store. I drove 30 mins to get here, CVS sent me 4 text messages and an email confirming my appointment and took my money upfront. You would think that with that much verification they would at least have the fucking decency to tell me that the store was not doing the Covid test. No apologies, no offer to refund me, and not even an ounce of sympathy. Luckily, I was able to go to urgent care and get a test. Really CVS, this is how you treat your sick customers?! There is a reason this piece of shit store has 1.6 stars. Do yourself a favor and never, ever fucking shop here. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I hope I never have to deal with the worthless fucking bastards who work at this absolute fucking hovel of a store. In short, fuck CVS, fuck CVS burtonsville, and fuck every worthless fucking employee who works here! I would give this place negative stars if I could!

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to. The main pharmacist is so incredibly rude, and it literally takes days to fill prescriptions. If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. I drive 25 extra minutes to go to a different CVS. There has been so much drama because of that pharmacy. Maybe if CVS wasn't so cheap, they would hire more people to work at the pharmacy. Do no EVER go here unless it's an absolute emergency

This location can’t seem to get anything right . Sent me txt to inform prescription is ready but can never find it when I show up and proceed to ask me to wait 15-20 minutes while they prepare a “new” one . There’s always long lines no matter what time a day I stop by . No one there seems to have any sense of urgency or care for it’s customers .

This place is the worst. The pickup line always has at least 10 people waiting, and only 1 line open. If you call you will be on hold at least 25 minutes, and they frequently just hang up on you. Avoid if possible.

Can I leave 0 stars. Stand in the pharmacy line for pick up. She doesn't know what she's doing says I can't find anything... Sends me to the drop off line, they find it immediately and send me back to stand in line again at pick up. Not the first time, second time or even fourth time this has happened. I'm done, I'll drive farther.Now the covid test debacle, we don't have your online order, go to the drop off line.... We don't have your online order, go to the front check out.... I don't know what your talking about go back to the pharmacy. No, the pharmacy sent me here.... Throws 3 different kinds of tests on the counter and says what do you want but you have to take it back to pharmacy to pay....Ma'am, our records show you already picked up your tests on Friday... No I did not. Ma'am someone picked it up for you... No, I'm divorced so they did not. Ma'am someone picked it up at 1 o'clock on Friday... I'm telling you, I don't know who you have it to but it was not me or a representative of me An hour later after the pharmacist has gotten smart and begins to patronize me explaining how the process works I reply well the situation is the same. I ordered test, I did NOT pick up the tests but now you're saying I can't get any because they've been picked up. Not by me!! The reply ... oh well I don't know what to tell you I could call a manager but we're under construction so I don't know where he is but if we had a manager he can review the tapes. Well don't you have a PA system, oh yeah, well call the man up cuz I can guarantee I noranyone I know picked them up on Friday...Another half an hour, after the manager again explains the system to me and oh they just must be up front on hold to be picked up but in her system it shows as picked up because it was transferred but it's upfront.... Please, yes, take me up front because I've already been there twice and that guy was useless and didn't even look it up but tossed some boxes on the counter and told me to pick what I wanted ...I am now on my way home awaiting a call from the manager because they don't know who they gave my prescription too and have to review the tapes....

I'm in the Burtonsville CVS. I'm heading to the coupon center, which has been moved near the door. An employee moves in front of me and directs me from the exit to the check out counter. Not that important. I get in line. Same employee comes over and steps in between me and my wife, ask her if I'm bothering her and is she all right. I'm deciding whether to let my wife see a different side of me when I break his nose when I push between the two. Another employee ask him to leave the area and is smiling with a "let's be friends" attitude to me and my wife in a rapidly escalating situation. He leaves the area saying somethings I can't hear because of the commotion. It was not complimentary and I regret not breaking his nose.
