February 2024 update: wish I had taken the time to read other people's reviews before going lol.Visited the shop for the first time in a while and had a reasonably poor experience, and it looks like a lot of others agree based on the reviews...It was not particularly clear on the website that the cart I was ordering was for a proprietary battery. The picture was exactly the same as all the other 5 10 thread carts. Unfortunately, I didn't find this out until I traveled to the store. The staff member blamed "the web guys," and unfortunately didn't really have any other comparable product.Expressed my frustration to who I thought was the manager, that person didn't really seem to care.If it were me, I would either travel a little bit further north to Columbia or Laurel, or a little further south to downtown Silver Spring for purchases...Update: hold on to all of the original packaging if you make a purchase at this shop.I just learned today, the hard way, that if you don't have all of the outside packaging, you cannot return or exchange faulty products.This has become my go-to or home shop.Always have a good experience here, folks are patient knowledgeable and fun, Sarah was especially helpful!Definitely swing by if you're in the burtonsville area!Had an awesome experience with janiya today! I had lots of questions about different products and wanted to use points cash and a card she made the experience smooth and easy I hope you get to work with her next time you come into herbiculture!

Need to lower prices. I live right next door and rather make the drive to greenpoint in laurel because of prices. Hope they consider having deals like greenpoint so they can stay in business.

Nice very calm atmosphere, the employees are incredible!! The young lady who assisted me in the back was very knowledgeable and extremely nice!! I definitely will visit again I wish I could remember her name, however she was very helpful!! Plenty of products to choose from, I recommend stopping by their location!!?

I like this dispensary so far. The staff is friendly, especially Jania who helped me with my first visit. I always look forward to small talk with Joshua at the register, who excells at customer service, and I appreciate the positive and quirky attitude the staff collectively maintains.

I ordered online. I saw the store didn’t close until 9. I arrived and they said they were closed and stopped orders at 8:30. I ordered online at 8:21. I’m highly irritated because I do not live in the area and had already paid. I arrived at the store at 8:50ish. No excuses honestly besides the staff wanting to go early. Will stick to what I know for sure.

The staff was very nice and polite had us all laughing and smiling, very helpful and knowledgeable. First time there, definitely will be returning and bringing in more people with me.

This spot is under new management, and they can't be bothered to explain the new products or processes.The place is cold , unfeeling, and confusing now.The lady at the front desk is sweet but doesn't have much information.The new owner is obviously security concerned, but the security in front needs to see ID, and his demeanor is off-putting.If you know you need to show it, you wouldn't just walk past him, and he's not cool about it.Managers are not chill either.Add high prices and little to no variety...there's no need to visit.A few miles away, there are dispensaries with great prices and happy informative staff.Don't bother to go until they bother to care.Okay, love ya'll bye ?

Waiting 15 to 20 minutes for an on-line order is ridiculous. There's more people in the back doing nothing then keeping the wait times down and the lines moving. What's the point of having 7 pay stations and only one open most of the time? The people are super super nice but their process is super super super slow.

I used to come here occasionally as a patient but now am recreational. From other reviews I see there is new ownership so it's understandable for there to be new and different ways of doing things, but whatever system is in place is just weird. I arrived with my friend and we checked in together, right behind another customer. There were about 6 other people waiting ahead of us. We waited probably 15-20 minutes (not too bad) before being called to go back. Unfortunately, for some reason we were not checked in together. Per their policy, I guess there needs to be one salesperson per customer/patient. Different from other dispensaries, but whatever. However, we're then told that we have to wait for everyone else to go ahead before they let us go in together. At this point we thought about just driving to one of the other dispensaries but we stuck it out since it was not far from a friend's house. We waited for not only the people who were already sat when we were called, but for patients who walked in afterwards. I don't mind waiting so much when it's worth it, but there was almost nothing on display after going back. Lots of empty or near empty display cases, not much on the shelves behind the counter; everything was stocked in the back. I had pretty much picked out everything I wanted from their menu while I waited, and after letting the guy know what I wanted, he handed the list off to another person who actually got the product from another room and brought it out. I'm not sure if this is how it always works, but that doesn't seem like the most efficient way to do things. Not only was the service awkward, I could have saved money at most other dispensaries.Despite all this, the people seemed nice enough. I could see myself giving them another chance if there was ever a remodel of the space and some better deals.
