I had to simply drop off a package for delivery so didn't need extensive services. The gentleman behind the counter was patient and efficient with three different customers all at once (the other two had far more complicated packages to ship)!

Great customer service, UPS rep working today is very courteous, patient, and professional. Only negative thing, they should have at least two folks there, it does get busy at times and definitely can see an additional employee being useful.
