The Lady who works in there Indiana Munrray, I did have appointment for my passport baby , she it’s so rude and unfriendly person I think she don’t like baby’s don’t go to this place for a passport. Because she will reschedule your appointment.

My issue with the Burtonsville Postal Office is that they’ve ignored every hold mail request and forward mail request I’ve put in at usps online. This has happened to me 3 times already here and has never happened ago me in any other location.

The Burtonsville Office processes passport applications and rush them to the Passport Office.
There is an array of packing materials for sale, which include bubble wrap, clear tape, decorative padded envelopes, priority tape and boxes, and plain boxes and envelopes. I like the clear tape the best. The brown tape didn't stay in place very long.
I enjoy looking at their book of forever stamps. The staff are friendly and attend to customers' needs.

They don’t let people in if it’s before 5 pm (closing) AND they don’t feel like taking your service. They don’t want to do their job. Do not recommend this post office. Very rude for people who drive over and arrive before closing.

I have yet to find a post office in the area with good costumer service. Why do they hire such miserable people?? Would just appreciate some kindness when I need some help. Do better USPS!!

I got scolded by the Asian lady at the counter yesterday, because I came in with a box that was scotched tape. I tried to explain to her that was all I had and didnt know the protocol because each post office is different. They had about 5 different rolls of tape there and she said that she will tape it for me this time, but next time I need to go to Walmart and purchase tape. I am confused... what is the purpose of them having tape if the customer is supposed to come in with their own box taped? The tape is strictly for the post office and taping up boxes, so why did she make it seem like it was a inconvienence? Is the money for tape coming out her paycheck? So annoying.

Experience was pretty good, drop off multiple packages here almost daily and never had an issue. The postal lady is always nice scanning my packages and even gives me a receipt without asking. This place is way better than most USPS.

Gets the job done but the employees really don’t help much, in fact they make the process harder. Each employee has different rules and expect you to read their minds. I’d say come here ready to be frustrated.

This post office is not providing the service that it should be giving its customers our mail service is terrible the mailbox in which our mail is supposed to be delivered in has been broken since November of 2023 the lock on the box that the postal carrier use to place the mail in the box is the only problem that the box has it make no sense that it has not been repaired the resident who gets their mail and packages from this box are very frustrated that the supervisor has not corrected this problem we have to work during the week and cannot get to the post office before it close so we have to get our mail on Saturday in which the lines are very long and the post office closest at 1 pm we should not have to stand in a long line to retrieve our important mail when we go to the post office on Saturday we have a stack of mail on Saturday or Monday during the rest of the week the mail is not being case just junk mail which is bad service since this box has not been repaired we are having to pay our bills late because we don’t receive them in time the postal service needs to have the clusters box lock repaired at the 3700 block of Amsterdam Terr in burtonsville Maryland which has been out of service since November of 2023 for broken lock which the carrier puts our mail in it should not take this long to repair a broken lock
