“After having our passport appointments canceled 3(!) separate times at another location, we came in to our passport appointment at Stevenson Post Office (PO) quite pessimistic. It's only a shame we didn't try booking here sooner! Eric and the Stevenson PO crew were thoroughly courteous, patient, and efficient. Thank you! Wish we could give you folks more than 5 ?!”

“Not sure if anyone reads reviews of a USPS. But just in case -- the main gentleman working at this location on the weekday afternoon/evenings is SO great and helpful that I go out of my way to come to this one. I have probably been here about 10-15 times total, and always the same guy. Very patient, very clear with answers/options/solutions, knows what he's doing, and actually makes your day go smoother. I can't think of another post office that runs like that.Down-sides - It's a smaller location, so product selection is limited and sometimes there's a longer wait. The entrance/exit to the parking lot can be confusing.”
“The service of delivering mail is very poor on our road. On Saturday the mail is always mixed up among five boxes. Talked to postmaster in the past but has not been corrected.”
“We've lived in Sparks three years now and have enjoyed everything about the area, including the outstanding customer service from all the Sparks Post Office team. So different from other post office experiences and deserving of a five-star (and I'd give more, if I could!) rating!”

“It's actually in Executive Plaza II, on the Lower Level. It's a contracted office that doesn't seem to have the full options of a regular office (only had a couple of priority mailer sizes, not the one I was looking for.) The gentleman there told me they don't do international shipping either. Also worth noting that they are CASH ONLY, no credit or debit. Nice people, though.”
“Employees were very efficient and friendly when I was mailing something out. Special shout out to Hawkins who was helping another customer while I was there. The customer needed a lot of patience and assistance and Hawkins did a great job!”

“This was resolved. They usually are able and willing to resolve any issues.
My carrier pretty much refuses to deliver my license to my address. 3 times MVA has sent me my license and they keep sending it back saying I don’t live at the address. But every time I check my mailbox there is junk mail in there, bills, packages, etc. But anything from MVA? They refuse to deliver it. And when I call them they are no help!”
“I had a shipping number mix up with Etsy and thought that a package was lost. The ladies at the Hampstead post office spent their time double-checking to make sure that they didn't have the package. Thanks to their help I was able to figure out it was an issue with Etsy. I felt so bad that they went to all that effort. I am really grateful that they were able to help me figure everything out. Really kind folks.”
“Raquel was simply AMAZING helping me with my kids passport renewals. She was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very patient when I didn't have all the needed docs the first time around. I had to come back the next day and she stood by her word when she processed our applications in no time. She was incredibly pleasant and helpful every step of the way, making sure I had everything I needed. Her willingness to assist and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!”

“Moved to the area in August of 2023 and obtained a PO Box at this architectural gem with the Armory across the street. Darlene, et al, have been wonderful to me. Darelene especially has assisted me with my passport applications, mail, renewals, etc. Really appreciate her and the team at this location.”
“Never had issues with this branch. It’s easy to have my mail hold- through online, if I’ll be gone for a while, and picked it up when I’m back. Was greeted every time I come in. Had our passports renewed at this location too. There are times when other peoples mail was delivered to our mail box, no big deal though”

From the moment I stepped up to the counter, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely positive attitude that instantly made the experience better. Even though it was a busy day with a long line behind me, Latisha remained calm, courteous, and incredibly efficient.
I had a few questions about shipping options, and she patiently explained each one, making sure I understood the delivery times and costs. She even helped me properly package my item to avoid any issues in transit, which I really appreciated. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the people she’s helping.
