“This was the first apartment I moved into with my husband. It's spacious and affordable compared to other places. I loved the kitchen the most because it had a lot of counter space. Laundry in-unit is a huge plus and there's plenty of parking. Location is decent, it's very close to base which was where I worked.
We lived here for three years and never had any major issues with the unit. If we needed maintenance, it was fixed in a day or two. They're great with keeping up.
I've always had good experiences with the management, they're attentive and they do care for your needs regarding the apartment. I'd like to give out a shoutout to April, Sandy, and Mandy who I've had the pleasure to engage with throughout my years of living here. They're very kind and professional.”

“The office agent was very professional and experienced in her job in touring and providing excellent customer service. Not too impressed by some of the appliances that doesn't get upgraded on the cosmetic body or replaced, it's big sore eye and not exceptable for what you're paying. Railings needs a replacement upgrade and some backyards need attending. The furnace vent on the wall is definitely a eye sore but can be covered, and the storm front doors some need replacement due to several dents. Besides that I'd love to rent a villa but at this time unsure do to those things mentioned. Seems like a very upkept property and would very much consider living there. Thanks for You!”
