This particular store never has the good stuff nothing is ever in stock. You always have to head 40 minutes away the other store. The Staff is beyond horrible A bunch of Clueless and confident airheads, That know nothing about their job titles. They’re open box Products are a scam/ And hope you can’t detect the problem.Then, when you would like an exchange for the exact same product that they try to sell you, they’re no longer in stock…? So now I’m forced to upgrade or degrade, quite a coincidence if you asked me. The geek squad is just as clueless. Yet they walking around with extra mayonnaise sandwich sliding off their faces literally, Then had the nerve to call me bro. But they had no Knowledge of what a Rog Ally or steam deck was? no one in the store had the knowledge to know the difference between Bluetooth and Bluetooth wireless… and the list can go on…Can I just honestly say I miss the old days Of Best Buy Where people took pride in their work. A good tip to know is, know ALL the knowledge you need to know about the product you are purchasing and do not expect the best intentions from Best Buy Employers… They’re too busy conversation about what to do after they clock out.

Not satisfied!!! I walk in to the store due to an issue I’m having with a brand new camera that I brought a week ago. I am walking to get in line and I am redirected by a team member to walk to a register. She actually my problem. I tell her my problem and she proceeds to get someone else to help me with my problem then the guy comes over and he ask me my issue. I tell him my issue and she’s left behind to help me after she says she doesn’t know much about cameras but he does. She pulls up my information he comes back over he tells me to pull the camera so he can see the code that’s going on with the camera. He goes back to dealing with the line that I intended on getting into. He comes back over tells her to go help with the curbside, and I’m still standing there waiting while he’s handling the line which I attended on being in so that I can be One of those customers that would be attended to . I’m just standing there becoming irritated he has no response one second give me a moment no nothing. I feel if I would’ve stayed in the line I would’ve been taken care of. Why did the team member call me out of the line and not help me .Just to have me stand there to wait for the whole entire line to finish. I had to leave out of there !!!customer service Started off OK but ended on trash.

Why do you offer extended warranties if you're not going to honor them when they are needed?My washer has needed repair for over a month now. Service was scheduled and no one showed. 2nd attempt: chat disconnected on Best Buys end and no attempt to reconnect. 3rd attempt: was supposed to get a phone call in 4-6 hours to reschedule. No one called. Making a 4th attempt today. Not getting my hopes up. Shame on you Best Buy for selling extended warranties and not honoring them! You took my money now fix my washer or give me my money back!!

Didn't have the TV I wanted in stock hut they found it for me at another store and I picked it up within an hour. Great customer service.

Spur of the moment decision to stop in and look at TV's. Waited approximately 15min for help. Found tv interested in and ordered mount online and had delivered. Checkout was fast.

A small, but conviently located best buy. They are a small store yet have plenty of the newest electronics. If you order pickup this bestbuy is fast about it and only takes a cple of days

Forgot to check Amazon before going.. checkout lanes were covered in inventory and 'stuff'.. check out was being done at customer service with no semblance of a checkout line. Cashier was awesome, friendly.. and polite (she got the store the 2 stars)

Bad customer service i purchased call of duty mw3 on December 19th and they said i would get an email and never received and ended up being on the phone for 2 and half hours to try to get a code

I will never shop at Best Buy again! Bought a devise for my grandmother in El Paso Tx. Made a appointment to have it delivered and set up but no one ever showed up after given us a 12 hour window. No call no nothing! I wonder how much an hour the manager of that store makes? I think he/she should have to pay me their hourly wage for the 12 hours we had to wait and the time we will have to wait on the re-scheduled appointment. One star is too good of a rating in my opinion.

Is there 0 stars? The geeksquad has done it again. Lost all my data again. 3rd time. Even after buying the more expensive laptop that they recommended to avoid this experience. Even after verbally telling THEIR staff member how important data removal was to me ....they are just gonna use the preprinted form that you sign which puts all responsibility on the consumer even if you do your part, be prepared that they will take no respobsibility for what happens on their side of the counter. Not just a waste of money, a disadvantage waiting to happen if your laptop is crucial to your job. Mine is in real estate where this lowly approach to customer service would never work. But it works well for Best Buy sales and management.

Went in, asked about a price on a phone, gave me the details then poof - gone. As I'm there looking where it was obvious I needed help (and was ready to go ahead and get the phone) the people working that section were all up front talking about non work stuff. After 10-15 minutes I just left.

Nice to be able to check out electronics prior to purchase. Selection at this location is limited. Recommend using for ship-to-store if there is a shipping cost.
