Absolutely loved the team here! I've been doing hair for years! Cosmoprof has been like family. But this location was extraordinarily helpful. I left inspired and with a feeling of great joy! Which is very important for a artist in this industry! Thank you for your patience and enthusiasm. I know you get a a lot of costumers. I just wanted to say I truly appreciated the time & patience for helping me look for my products and more!

I have been going to this store for over 20 years. It is a store for licensed professionals. The manager Robin has always been kind, professional and helpful. During Covid they offered same day delivery and store pick up, which they still offer. If I need something their store does not have they do their best to find it at the nearest stores. This store has consistently been my go to for my supplies... and I have tried many other companies over the 21 years of being a licensed cosmetologist.

Great selection of products. Recently, I went blonde and the store associate assisted me with finding the right products for my hair and for my husbands needs. Higher quality selection and associates are full of information.

Online closing time says 7pm, I arrived at their door at 6:05pm only for their closing time to be 6pm. They didn't even try to come to the door, only putting up the number of fingers, 6. I walked to the window by the cashier where both employees were standing to show them that online it says 7. She only shrugged her shoulders. I tried calling on the phone to try to explain I literally needed one thing. No answer. Being that 1. I am a licensed cosmetologist and have shopped at multiple DMV CosmoProf locations but also 2. I just drove 30 minutes with the impression they were open later, to buy one item, only to be disregarded completely was very insulting.

I go here all the time and never had an issue. The staff usually isn't that talkative or friendly which is fine but I purchased a bottle of hairspray for 10$ and I went to try it the next morning and it didn't work it wouldn't spray. Nothing would come out. So I went back and with everything going on they said no exchanges or returns and I understand that but no where in the store is posted that that's the new rule and it's not a normal exchange or return. The item doesn't work. She said I could buy I new one but they can't take the broken one back. I just feel something is wrong with that. They should be telling people when they check out about the no exchanges or returns. They should recommend testing the spray products before leaving the store so this doesn't happen. Very inconvenient.
