Our tire light suddenly and unexpectedly went on. Jay, Malin, and Jimmy were very helpful last second on a Saturday and confirmed our tires were ok and assisted wonderfully. We fully plan on coming back to use them for an oil change due to their exceptional communication, availability last second, and honesty every step of the way.

My elderly mother drove up fromVirginia for a visit and we discovered her tires were dry rotted. Not wanting her to travel back like that, we took her car in and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Kind, friendly, honest, fair and FAST. The entire team worked hard to make sure she was in a safe car for her trip back. Such a good experience, that we returned with our own car and were just as satisfied and well cared for.

This shop did an awesome job. When another local shop failed to uphold the scheduled appointment I had with them, this shop was able to pick me up and have me out within an hour.

Mr tire had a one option tires for jeep liberty plus they charged 1600$$$ dollars and put back on stripped lug nuts after keeping the jeep for 2 days l.....no one was qualified to change out tires with stripped lug nuts my sister feels completely ripped off and for 1600 bucks that's bad service now we have to change out the bad lug nutzzz they put back on and the damaged studs .......SMH WOULD NOT RECOMMEND$$$$$$?????

Randall and his team at Mr. Tire Auto Service Center of California, MD provided a higher than 5 star rated service today. The professionalism and knowledge given to us was A++.In addition to the above, their honest and polite demeanor before, during, and throughout the entire service appointment made it so that my husband and I will definitely return in the future.

My battery management system and my back tire kept getting low. So I brought it in on 1/9/23. They get done and whatever it took about an hour. They said they didn’t see anything wrong with the tire and it’s probably just dry rot. That’s good to know. All they said said about the battery is that it was bad. Ok I kind of already knew that but my car is having weird symptoms that makes me think it’s more than that. Alright so didn’t learn much. One thing I appreciate is they let me know my serpentine belt has a little crack, or so they say, I didn’t really see anything when they showed me. I’m going to shop around for the fluid flushes and what-not (car has 130k miles). The manager Bobby was nice enough helping me and explaining things to me, he tried upselling me on tires and I can’t blame him that’s his job. The only reason I’m writing this review really is because one of the mechanics took a few bucks in change out of my center console. I’ll probably take my future business down the road.

My truck's filter wasn't in stock which added time. Not a huge deal, but I wasn't really hoping to spend an hour and a half waiting for a 20 minute oil change. Also, the technician left an oily handprint on the exterior of my driver's side door and some crud on the driver's seat - might want to make sure he's being careful, I'd hate for that to happen to someone who was more particular about the appearance of their vehicle.

Would leave 0 stars but wasn't an option. Husband called to make an appt over the phone. They said to come in at 930 am the next day. We show up for our appt and the man at the desk said there was no record of the appt being set. He then said he wouldn't be able to even look at the car for over an hour and half, but would be hours before the problem was fixed. We had proof that we had called the shop and made the appt but the man at the desk didn't care and could not help us. Will not be returning

The new manager Robert is amazing. He explained the repair process very clearly. He even went above and beyond to get both my cars done in the same day! I will definitely be going back to Mr tire because of him!

Excellent Service.....Mr. Tire helped me with a tire related issue with very little notice. They fixed the problem within five minutes of arriving at their service center and had me back on the road.

If I could give 0 stars I would! They always try and tell you that there is something wrong with your vehicle! So I went to a trusted mechanic and there is absolutely nothing wrong with what they described. The only reason I went to them to begin with is because I get free tire rotations after purchasing my tires from them. Do not go here and save your self the money from the fake issues they come up with.

I had routine maintenance done today on my 2017 Camry. I was assisted by Bobby who acted in a very professional manner. In fact, he spent a great deal of time assisting me when we could not get my credit card to process. I feel he went above and beyond by making the phone calls (not once, but twice!) to them, as well as completing information online for me. It was frustrating, but he remained calm and professional the entire time.Unfortunately, an incident occurred earlier that morning while another couple and myself were waiting for our vehicles. Another customer came in talking loudly about needing his car right away as he was leaving town. Bobby never raised his voice at the customer and remained professional, but that man was belligerent and demanding and proceeded to call him a vile name as he left the store. The man further continued to honk his horn and "burn rubber" as he was leaving the parking lot. I and the other customers were shocked at how the man behaved, and we expressed our regret to Bobby for the encounter but praised him for remaining professional the entire time.I think Bobby deserves an Employee of the Month award for not only how he helped me but also for how he exhibited extreme professionalism under pressure - the epitome of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!Thank you for making me feel like a welcomed and valued customer!
