One of the office representatives was horrible and so unprofessional that I refused to reschedule my appointment with this office. Customer service is the gateway to customer loyalty. It might be beneficial to have customer care training and remind them that personal conversations and attitudes do not equate to proper business etiquette

Zero stars. I confirmed an appointment via text message link that they sent to me. Show up for my appointment early at 450 pm and my appointment is at 505. To be turned away saying my appointment was canceled because I didn't speak with a representative. Why would you send out a text message to click and confirm an appointment If you can't do it that way. I am very disappointed in the service I received. I do not recommend going to the California-MD location.

I love Dr Jeffries! She has been seeing myself and my family for 6+ yrs now. When she moved from the Lexington Park location to the California location. We moved with her. I have never had a bad experience with the Lexington Park or California My eye doctor location until last year in 2023. Which is why I gave them four stars instead of five. This location basically lost my daughter's sunglasses. First, they said we picked them up, when we picked up her reg glasses, which we had not. Then I didn't hear back from them for weeks. So, I called & asked why we had not gotten a notification that her sunglasses were in. And that's when they said that we had already picked them up. I informed them we had not. The person I spoke to said she would have to pass it on to someone because she was not sure what happened. I never received a call back. So, I called them, it took many calls to the office to figure out that they either never received the frames or they lost them. Then they told me the frames were no longer available and my daughter needed to pick out new lenses. Which, of course would involve another visit to their office and more of our time spent, when they were at fault. Well..life got crazy with a small house fire & house displacement, and the issue got put on the back burner, so to speak. When things settle down, in February of 2024, I reached back out to resolve this issue, the new manager, Jennifer Gardner was able to help and save us a trip back to pick up new frames. She located some frames almost identical to the ones she picked out at a different My Eye Dr location.Thank you Jennifer!!

Exceptional!!!! The story is too long to go into, but it was the absolute best experience related to helping a family related to a medical situation that required immediate service and assistance. The front office staff was remarkable! Responsive, helpful, supportive and above all superb customer service! I cannot thank you all enough for the excellent level of care provided. Thank you!

I can't say I recommend them. My initial appointment was in early December, got my glasses and couldn't see out of them. The doctor transcribed the prescription incorrectly so they needed to do a re-exam. You would think because of their mistake I would get in quickly, nope it was a month wait until they could get me in to fix their mistake. Finally got in and they ordered new lenses and they are taking forever. So two months after my initial appointment I still don't have a working set of glasses. Also I paid for a year warranty, but two months into it I haven't even gotten to wear my new glasses. Only gave two stars because they didn't give me a hard time over bring the incorrect glasses back. Needless to say I am not happy. Definitely will not be back.

Suzan was fantastic at helping me to pick out glasses. She knows the latest styles and is skilled at sizing the glasses to fit properly. Highly recommend her if you are considering glasses and fitment is important to you.

Worst place to get glasses and all of St. Mary’s County. I had to reschedule three times and they told me that I was in overflow that I needed to reschedule again the place is a joke worst place.
