The manager is really mean and rude. I tried to return something without the tags (I bought it the day before) I didn’t know the return policy ( you can’t return items without the tags) all she had to do was say “I’m not able to do the return because of our policy” and I would have gladly just left and donated the $10 pair of shorts that didn’t fit me. Instead she goes off and accuses me of trying to “pull one over on her”. It was super uncalled for and unprofessional. I spend so much money at Old Navy, both of my kids only wear Old Navy and if this is how they let their managers treat customers, I’ll have to get them clothes from somewhere else.

I’ve had two terrible experiences in a row trying to return clothes I purchased online at this location. The cashiers acted like it was a personal inconvenience just to process a simple return. Any time I asked a question or needed clarification, I was met with attitude and eye-rolls, as if I was asking for a favor instead of expecting basic customer service. It’s almost like they enjoy making the process as difficult and unpleasant as possible.
This level of unprofessionalism is honestly a joke, and it’s enough to make me reconsider shopping here again. If this is how customers are treated for returning items, I can only imagine how they’re treated when something actually goes wrong.

My recommendation is to avoid Mo, the Manager. My impression of her is that she's unprofessional and rude. Maybe she was having a bad day. Maybe that's just the way she is.

I had a shockingly bad experience here, and I feel compelled to post here in case someone else has a similar experience, and know they are not alone.
I bought my husband a pair of jeans, and after wearing them once he realized the zipper was broken. I chatted on the old navy website to ask if I could take them back even though it had been more than 30 days and they had been worn. They said yes, the store would do a physical inspection and could then do a replacement of the defective item.
I went into the store with my 18 month old child, and went up to the register to tell the cashier about the situation. As soon as I started to do so, the cashier looked to the left at her manager, and this manager, by the name of MO, proceeded to berate me. She raised her voice at me, and continued to scold me for even having the idea that I could return this item. I tried to cut her off at two different times, because I wanted to get out of the store, and both times she raised her voice even louder and said 'Let Me Finish.' The whole situation was very alarming, especially because I had my child in my arms the whole time and she was getting upset. I understand for MO it must be frustrating the person I chatted with gave me wrong information, but to take it out on me the customer...it is unbelievable. I have never in my life encountered such a rude person in a customer service position (let alone manager). I know this probably means nothing to the store, but I will never be back.

Me and my wife were walking up to the store and they locked the doors right in front of us while looking at us. They still had 15 minutes left before closing.

Extremely rude store manager. Screamed across the store that she was "on break" when her associate paged her for assistance. When I apologized for interrupting her break she said "you're not sorry what do you want?" I showed her some shoes I found that were filthy and inquired to see if they could be marked down. She said "no buy them online." This is my second time encountering this rude manager. I reached out to customer service to no avail. I suppose Old Navy tolerates this type of behavior.

Dwayne really helped me this evening to try to get all the sizes that I was looking for. I was looking for matching family flag tees for 14 people. The store even called others stores to see if they had what I was looking for to have it shipped to me. Everyone was very helpful!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I visted this store today with the intent of returning 3 pairs of pixie pants I ordered online before Christmas or even exchanging them. I received awful customer service from the cashier. I showed my mobile reciept which has all info needed. She was a young blonde with blue eyes, she did not care to explain the return policy, but she did not hesitate refusing to take my return no matter what. She said she is unable to return my items because it has been more than 30 days. I then asked her why? I informed her that about 3 months ago, I called and spoke to Zariah. She was very sweet. Zariah said I could bring back the tagged clothes I got about $25 back. Even if they were only worth a couple cents.Today, I asked to speak to the manager, Lauren. She was nicer than the cashier, but restated the same thing. I will not be returning to this location nor will I be shopping online at Old Navy’s site. This info is no where to be found on my order. It is not emphazied & followed by all employees obviously.

The cashier said she saw an error and to reinsert my card again. I said what I saw was approved she again say she an error. I reonseryed my card again. I told her I was going to my on purchasing as soon as I get home to ensure I haven't been charged twice. She said I wasn't because of an error she saw. Well. I was charged not twice but three times. I called the to ask for a manager she said she was the manager. I told her now she tells me to check with card company and till it clears with them because it's nothing she can do. I may not understand this card system but if you tell me my card show an error and I need to swipe my card again why is it showing up as being paid. It looks like to me also that she scanned the items too many times and why didn't she see that. She was very rude on the phone also not very professional or helpful.
