“It is very rare these days for an employee to go above and beyond to offer great customer service. Tim, from the print shop, did just that for me yesterday. I had inadvertently left a few sheets from some construction drawings by the register. He saw them when cleaning up, remembered that I had made the purchase. Went through the trouble of finding my receipt, which had my member number on it, and made the call to let me know I was missing those documents. Documents I needed for an inspection I had first thing this morning. Thanks for going above and beyond, Tim. Good job!”
