“Has many of the stores I like including Ross, Best Buy and Petco! I can pickup my pets needs while looking for a gift or supplies for heavy electronic users household and if need be, pick up something I'm missing in an outfit for a special occasion. What's not to like! Parking is not difficult at various times of any day I have visited.”

“Usually pretty clean, safe, well-lit area. Some questionable parking lot situations.The Target is pretty good as Targets go, does have a Starbucks, but nothing crazy fancy.Restaurants within the center are IHOP, Chick-Fil-A, Bob Evans, and Burger King. Nearby--just in the next two connected strips--you'll also find McDonald's, Five Guys, and Panera.Shops at First Colony include ADVANCE AUTO PARTS, Angel Nails Spa, Bath & Body Works, BJ's, Lowe's, Staples, Michaels, Five Below, Giant, California Wine & Spirits, Hair Cuttery, Mr. Tire, and Pam's Hallmark.I'm not sure how some of these stay in business (namely, Hallmark and B&BW ?), and unfortunately, we have recently lost a couple of businesses (RIP Payless), but overall, it's a decent assortment. Five Below is always a hit with the kids, and Michaels comes in clutch with the craft supplies (psst always Google their current coupons before checkout! ?)”
