2 times in a row now, I've been here and dealt with the not very polite staff and waited in unnecessary lines.In November, they printed my project wrong, then tried to blame me when it was clearly their equipment leaving marks on the copies. Also, the copy center lady seemed to really hate her job, either that or she is just a rude person.I drive all the way to Office Depot in Prince Frederick now, and it's way better!

We lost our cat and used the Print Center in California, MD to print some fliers. So thoughtful of them to go the extra mile the way they did today.

Worst experience with an Amazon return. Stood waiting at counter in excess of 10 minutes to be helped, when employee finally arrived she very unfriendly, borderline rude, did not seem to know at all what she was doing, insisted she had to unwrap my item, would not listen to anything I was trying to say despite my having done numerous Amazon returns over the years, she didn't even want to give me the standard printout confirming receipt of my return! I will never go to this store for assistance on anything ever again. If Amazon cancels their returns contract with UPS leaving Staples as my only option, I will not renew my Prime membership.

This place was horrible. Went to get a front and back copper of the card and couldn’t get it. The lady that worked at the photos was rude and no help at all. She made it a copy knowing It wouldn’t come out right and made me pay for it anyway. She was rude from the start not interested in helping us at all and when we asked her for help she said “for what?”. Are you serious? Who ever she is she shouldn’t work in customer service. Im now going to Office Depot where they told me I can have what I want no problem. Staples is a waste of time!

This is one of the worst Staples I’ve ever been to. The employees are really lazy and when I needed help looking for a printer ink, the 2 employees that were working were outside taking a smoke break. There was a line at the checkout and no one would come to the front to help the poor guy who was the only one working hard… and on top of that all the price tags were unmatched and once I realized on the receipt that they charged me for the wrong items, I had to go back to complain. Seriously where is the manager?

I called and visited trying to get help loading a labeler price gun I purchased there. My co worker didn't save the manual, and could find no info online for this particular model. When I visited the store they said yeah. You called and rolled their eyes, had a short tone and attitude. I understood that they were saying nobody knew how and couldn't help me. Really they wouldn't help me couldn't be bother to spend 2 mins to look at it and humor me. Really they were just rude. I try not to slam places as there are helpful staff at the store, but the ladies at the shipping counter do a bit of oversharing personal info.

Tiffany at the print center was so helpful! She helped us print samples, play with colors, go through quantity and lamination options, and was incredibly patient and friendly throughout. In the end, we got what we needed well within our budget and quicker than she had predicted. She provided fantastic customer service.

Disappointed that Staples in California Maryland doesn’t even call the applicants that took time to interview that they did not receive the job and a quick debrief. When an applicant calls to talk to the hiring manager, they are hung up on. Staples do better! An organization's HR team can create advocates out of any applicant—even the rejected ones—by ensuring each candidate has a positive experience. This is especially important for candidates just starting out in the workforce. Saying “thanks, but no thanks” is better than being hung up on or no reply at all. Staples treat applicants better!!!! If you want their time for an interview, at least be courteous and give them a quick debrief on your time.

This store is so dirty. It looks like it has not been vacuumed for a while. Some of the employees are wearing hats and hoodies that do not have the store logo, so it is challenging to know if they are workers or not. It also smelled like food—an unprofessional environment.

I could understand this charge if I needed copies. I could understand if I needed ANY service that required your supplies and/or your Associates help.I can NOT understand being charged $35 for a 17 page fax (to a toll free number), that I printed on MY paper and personally faxed.If these pages could have been emailed, I would have obviously gone that route. The recipient would only accept a fax.Way to take advantage of your customers that don't have a fax line at home, or a job that allows their equipment for personal use.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Same day print order took 2 days. When I called I was put on hold for 30 minutes. Nobody knew anything about my order that was paid for the day before (when it was supposed to be done) I am finally told the next day “ we forgot.” I pull up to have drive up service. I call to tell them I’m here and get transferred and put on hold even longer. I finally walk in the store... nobody at the print station. She had to be called 3 times on the loud speaker before she moseyed over. It then took her forever to locate my order. WORST PLACE ON EARTH IF YOU NEED ANY PRINTING DONE!
