100k truck paid off truist lost title now our problem. Spent 3 hrs oh phone many supervisors. Nothing they can do to help keeps passi g us around. 2 yrs been working on a title. Complete incompetence, horrible customer service

My God…… the slowest , by far drive through at a bank ive ever experienced. Charlotte Hall branch always has you in and out, 5 minutes tops…… The last time I went to the California branch, it was over 10 minutes… Today I have been sitting at the drive through for 15 minutes, and Im the only one here!!!!
