I trusted this pharmacy and they really screwed me over. On easter sunday they ( the Anglo woman) pharmacist really pulled a number and refused to fill my medication. Proceed with caution. To make a long story short She knew she was wrong so to try and cover her own behind she called the police and lied on me. Which I must add is defamation of character.

Very helpful staff from the initial phone call, to the help at RX drop off, to the pharmacist explaining the prescription at pickup. These ladies were happy to help and really made a hectic situation end perfectly and less out of pocket than expected. Tammy, Jenni, and the wonderful southern accented pharmacist(I didn’t catch your name), THANK YOU!

Did not have the medicine to fill my prescription this morning at 1000. I was told to check back the following evening they MAY have it in. The frustrating part is the size of WALMART I would think they could have directed me to another store or would be able to connect with one themselves to provide my prescription in 24h hours. But no. This huge company is no more efficient than using one of the independent small pharmacies. This is just pathetic considering the size of the Wal Mart industry.

I was in the self checkout purchasing my items and I noticed a Asian woman buying 12 to 15 St. Patrick's Day shirts for a dollar I looked at her and said with the way you're buying all those shirts you think you were straight from Ireland in a joking way she never understood a word I said and the lady at Walmart looked at me and said "you better change your f****** attitude I was totally shocked and I said obviously you have a hatred towards men or white men and she said the same as you which made absolutely no sense because I am actually married to an African-American she was obviously having a bad day with her aunt Jemima head

This has been one of the worst days of my life. I received ACL surgery this morning and I was written two scripts. My SO got to Walmart at 230pm with both of them, and they said they'd text when they were ready. 2 hours later still nothing and I'm writhing in pain. She finally goes up there and presses the issue and they say "15 more mins". Well after 5pm they finally say one of the scripts was written odd and they needed to verify it with the doctor. His office closes at 5pm and there is no one to get ahold of him. They admit they know what he means on the script, but since a dot is is the wrong place they won't fill it. So here I am dealing with excruciating pain, and no script. Off to Walgreens she goes. Never going to Walmart again.

Worst service ever I faced in my life with 'This pharmacy'. I choose this pharmacy as I am regularly visiting to Walmart. So I was expecting not to waste my time. However Rite Aid and CVS are very close to my residence. And even CVS is my favorite pharmacy. First time I tried Walmart pharmacy over here. This people got my prescription same day within an hour after I left Dr's office. I tried call before to visit but auto phone system is not even helpful. So I went there after 24 hours. I spent half an hour in queue and got the answer from the representative name Mai, "we are too much busy right now. Your prescription is here. You will get text message, subscribe it and come after one hour, it will be ready". Within a few minutes I got text message and immediately I finished the process. After about an hour and half when I go back there, they closed the shutter and same lady told me it's a lunch time. Again I waste my time in Walmart, came back after half an hour, waited for another 45 minutes and last, the lady at the desk told me, "your medicine is not here, we'll call you and inform you once it's ready". I explained her everything. She apologized. But what about the lady name Mai. Who gave me wrong information, wasted my half of the day and even end of the day, I haven't got my medication. Why pharmacy is keeping this type of illiterate employee? Today is Saturday. Dr's office is closed otherwise I could changed the pharmacy. Still haven't got a call from Walmart pharmacy. I hope some higher authority from the pharmacy will resolve this issue and preferring would contact to me!

Emily was awesome. I usually use this pharmacy but today they didn't have what I needed. Emily asked if she could call the competitor for me and she transferred the prescription to a nearby pharmacy that had it.
