I had a pretty pleasant experience with the automotive section at Walmart. I brought new rims to get tires put on, and the staff t here took every precaution not to scratch or harm the rims. The guy I dealt with was very informative and very professional, and I was out in about an hour. I try to give credit where it's due, and Walmart's automotive section earned it today

This Walmart Pharmacy shuts down for lunch from 1:30 to 2:00pm. Just letting people know since there is no info anywhere explaining this.

This store has their shelves stocked with severely out of date item. 2-3 months past best used by or sell by dates in their produce areas and in cold item. Beware and check products prior to leaving! If you don’t check you’ll likely experience what I did. I got home and opened my recent purchase to find it filled with mold. This is very alarming especially because some of my products were for infants and toddlers. I urge the health department to come in and inspect this facility. When I came to return out of date items that I purchased, I was told that it was my fault and that it’s not the store responsibility to remove expired items. I stated to the customer service agent that I do believe that is a responsibility of those stocking shelves they stated, I guess you’re right, but that’s not my department and not my issue. They also wouldn’t let me exchange because they didn’t have the exact item that I paid for and told me to take it back home, freeze it and return it at a later date when I see it on the shelf because that’s the only way I can exchange their product. They wrote BK on it to say to Bring back…4 out 6 Panera soups had a top layer of mold when opened only was able to trade one. No refund offered. Was told they couldn’t find the transaction on my card even though it’s how I purchased it. Would love to hear back from management.

I do the bulk of my shopping here for 2 reasons: they have what I need and it is at a price I can afford.
Besides this, I have made friends with several of the employees there. That is a really good bonus to my way of thinking.

I recently went to Walmart in California, Maryland to get four new tires put on my car. I also paid for them to be balanced in for an oil change when I drove in my car was fine it didn’t make any crazy noises or anything, but upon leaving it sounded like I was driving over Can I dealt with a manager name, daniel or Dan he was extremely condescending and rude. He would refuse to look at it thoroughly or spend any time trying to make it right when I asked him to show me and tell me why it sounded the way it did. He told me I had to go to another shop not that now a huge oil leak that I did not have prior made no effort to try to fix things and when I asked to talk to his boss, he said he was the boss. Do not I repeat do not take your car here for any kind of service unless you need an air freshener go somewhere you trust because Dan is going to mess your car up And then blame you for it

I've shopped here now for 15 years the store been through changes and they have kept it clean ,and the pharmacy is the best around ,Sarah,jennifer,Ben , just to name a few but the WHOLE TEAM there is awesome,

Walmart store #1981 in California, Maryland is beyond atrocious. I just recently had an incident were some middle aged white looking man who I guess worked there accused me of something I didn’t do and had no proof to back up his claims. I payed for my items and left the store but I was absolutely appalled by this.
Combine that with the fact that this store always seems to be half empty on its shelves and most workers, both high ranking and low, seem more interested in either texting on their phones or just nonchalantly chatting it up with each other without doing their jobs properly and you can see why I’m giving this store a low rating.
The electronics section still has practically no movies on its shelves. It’s been like this since pre-pandemic (NO JOKE) and here we are almost through 2024 and they seem to have finished their store remodeling (for what it’s worth) and it’s even worse. The movie section is even smaller than before and what little new movies or games they put out, they don’t put out on time and they only ever put out 2 or 3 copies at best. No answers as to why this is. I even took a video of what there even smaller movie section looks like now and how disorganized it is on a daily basis.
I would give this store 0 STARS if I could but google doesn’t give me the option to. The store is so disorganized to the point that half the workers don’t seem to know where stuff is located half the time, customer service is appalling with most workers wanting to stand around and converse rather than do their jobs properly, and all in all, I cannot in good faith or conscience recommend this Walmart to anyone. It’s been going downhill since before the pandemic started in early 2020 and it hasn’t shown any signs of getting better.
