Service. That's what has consistently made Wendy's the number one stand out fast food place. This location has an employee, or maybe a manager, who is worth her weight in gold. She spoke Spanish as well as English, as she was training a new employee, maintaining morale among her cooks, she took care of my family's order so thoroughly and thoughtfully that it was truly a treat.I don't know if we're anything special, but she treated us like we were. If this Wendy's were anywhere near where we live, we would be back.The food was standard, and of quality, as their slogan suggests.If you want a good piece of chicken in your sandwich, avoid the "crispy chicken sandwich" from the value menu. It's basically just a slightly larger, flattened chicken nugget. The spicy chicken sandwich is a legitimate piece of meat.Parking: Plenty of spots, nice & wide

This was our second time visiting this locations. The staff was very friendly and our food was fresh. The only reason they didn’t get 5 star was 2 of the items we wanted they didn’t have.Food: 4/5

First time back to this Wendy's since the renovations that made it look brand new and probably my last visit. 7/30/23 around 6pm. We must have waited 15 minutes behind one car. So, it still holds the record for the longest wait than any other Wendy's I've been too in all of Maryland and I'm not sure why because I must have counted 6 people at the front and I don't know how many are in the back cooking the food. When the car in front of me finally got his order, the staff told me they gave that guy my order by mistake and they will make me a new order, I feel bad for the guy who got my order, especially if he is door dash, they won't be getting what they ordered. I understand accidents happen but there's more issues. Why are they not asking the names of the online orders? Why are staff eating food while preparing our food and nobody is wearing gloves which doesn't help. Why are they scooping ice with the cup and the hands are touching the ice instead of using the ice scooper that's just laying there next to the ice box? The staff was very friendly and apologetic for the mix up and the very long wait but the way they are preparing food seems bad. I feel like if they are hungry they should go on break and go eat in the dining area, not at the counter preparing other peoples food. I couldn't eat my food because I felt disgusted. I thought things would improve since they did the renovations but it's the same old Wendy's it's always been, nothing has changed. Feel free to give those security cameras a check for proof of what's going on. The staff could use better training.

They got all my 4 for 4's burger toppings correct for the first time! They were out of most sauces and sprite but all in all friendly crew, food was on point.Food: 5/5

Stavo was AMAZING. I have never experienced such an incredible customer service that he provided. Because of him, I will come to this Wendy’s any time I am in this area (11741 Beltsville Dr). Stavo, thank you and I hope your boss see this review and give you a huge raise (and my wife seconds that). Wendy’s you are lucky to have such a wonderful worker.

The coldest burgers ever. Every. Single. Time. If you like cold burgers this is the place for you. This is also the place for you if you want what you didn’t order. You can be the only person in line and they will still give you everything you didn’t ask for. Every. Single. Time.Food: 1/5

I went to the drive-thru late on a Saturday night. The manager was outside telling cars in the line that they were out of fries. I was only ordering a drink so I stayed in line. The manager said they had flavored Coke. I ordered vanilla coke. That drink tasted like cough syrup!! I wish I had left the line early.Food: 1/5

Cleanest fast food place I have been to in years. Bathroom immaculate and a nice change on a long trip. Staff really friendly and professional. Such a great surprise!!Food: 5/5

Drive through was on it today. Great service, I always get a little anxiety that my Jr Bacon Cheeseburger will be wrong because I’m a weirdo and I like it without cheese. Burger, nuggets were hot and fresh and correctly made. I was really surprised but they have a great BBQ sauce. I would never expect that BBQ sauce from a fast food joint. And the size of a small frosty is like a packed 16oz. 2-3 servings depending on hungry you are. The drive through service was amazing to the two young men who served me.

I don't know if I am super lucky when I come, or if this location is just like that. Been here 4 separate times, at 4 separate shifts, months apart and EACH time my food has been fresh and hot.
