“Took a day trip to visit family in Cambridge today and decided to stop at Go! Wash. I puchased a wash and was told there was a temporary outage for a nonessential component, however, i opted to proceed anyway. When I came through the exit, an employee (Cameron i believe) explained their situation, and offered to spend more time manually cleaning my vehicle with her team, as well as allowing me through the wash for an additional cleaning cycle. Not only that, but she also presented me with a voucher for a free car wash for a later date. Felt like that was exceptional customer service and will continue to use that car wash and other locations in the future.”

“This is a great hand carwash. The carwash runs for a long time period, has great pressure and lots of options for soap, wax, soak, rinse etc. I will be back often. I don't go through automated brush washes as they damage the paint.”
