Tried to buy oysters from Circle C once, and paid for Larges, but none of them were large. All either tiny or extremely big. When I asked if this was the correct order given size differenciation, the owner became very angry with me and told me to get off his property.

Ordered a float that I did not recieve for many months that had tiny and stunted seed in it. Found out the owner had been purposefully dodging calls and selling to other customers first to boost cash flow. When confronted, he got aggressive with me and threatened to say he had already provided the floats, as he had given me the receipt with up front for tax usage. Would not reccomend.

I have sampled oysters up and down the Chesapeake Bay and Virginia in various local restaurants and seafood markets. Circle C's oysters are consistently the best that I have ever eaten. They are meaty and tender, easy to open (comparatively speaking), and are great steamed, grilled or fried.
Have you ever opened a really large oyster only to be disappointed by the amount of meat inside? With Circle C's oysters this never happens. I don't know how they do it but their farmed oysters always 'fill out' the shell.
If you like oysters I highly recommend renting an oyster bed from them and enjoying the fruits of their labors!
