Had two visits to the store. One to upgrade my phone and the other to get my wife a new tablet. Terron was the rep I had the pleasure of working with. I lost my phone in a freak lawn mowing accident. Austin made time at the very end of his day to make sure I went home with a new phone and a great deal. Excellent customer service.

Had issues with pairing a phone to my truck where myself and multiple other people could not figure it out, including those who worked at the verizon store. Came back once again contemplating taking my phone back and Austin took the time to finally figure out to successfully pair the phone.
