Service, follow up and detail is just utterly horrendous. Messing with peoples health and well being...Seriously, just close this joke of a pharmacy already. Incompetence runs strong here unfortunately.

This is the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. I am switching asap. If there is a “glitch in your automated system” that calls you, then don’t use it. It’s not an excuse for people not being able to get their medication to be able to function on a daily basis. I was cut off mid sentence and welcomed with an attitude right as the phone was answered. Please go somewhere else.

I go to Walgreens for the pharmacy, and every time I go I always say to myself \\\"I need to switch pharmacies\\\". And the reason is, they have way too many customers to keep up with. 8 out of 10 pharmacy staff members are friendly. There's two people working there that are not friendly to the other customers. They weren't that bad with me, but I heard them talking to other customers and I didn't like it. They never have my stuff ready even when I call ahead. I only go there once a month for the same exact thing. And it's never ready when I get there. I call from my house and ask if it's ready, they say\\\" it'll be ready in an hour\\\". So I wait 2 hours before I go, and it's still not ready! That's six out of 8 months that I've been going there. If you need the pharmacy try Clayton's on Washington Street. The lady that owns it runs the pharmacy, and she straight business.

Has to be the WORST pharmacy i think i have ever used . Lines are always long with only ever one person working inside and drive thru , wait hours sometimes a whole day for prescriptions to be filled it's just beyond ridiculous

Worst pharmacy in the city of Cambridge my daughters prescription was placed at 11:30 this morning and we received a text message two hours ago stating that it was ready to be picked up. I go to Walgreens they have closed the drive-through pharmacy and only have the one open in store. Waited in line for 40 minutes for them to tell me that it’s not ready yet and probably won’t be ready till tomorrow because they close at six. It is utterly ridiculous what about people that have and need life-saving prescriptions that are told her it won’t be ready till tomorrow we don’t have enough people to work that’s not their problem that seems like a corporate problem I will be changing my pharmacy to Rite Aid from now on because this is ridiculous

Unprofessional and uncaring. While picking up medicine, my girlfriend decided to pick up other items instead of waiting in line(big mistake), come back at maybe 30 secs after 8 and was denied pain medicine for my pancreatitis. Was told pharmacist already left. Nothing anyone can do. Do not go here if you really need medicine, they will let you down. Shameful
