Everytime i come here there is only teller working on the line, there is always a wait. Yet if u go online there is never any open positions they cleary could use help the oxon hill location as well.

You would think they’ll open the door for someone who needs to deposit a six digit check. Horrible service and horrible people. You have to press a button to be allowed access to the lobby! Are you serious?!?!? Discrimination much? I pressed the button multiple times. No one announced themselves on the intercom nor came to the door. I came here on 10/19/23 at 2:35pm. The bank closes at 5pm but the drive thru is closed also? I will definitely be looking for other banking options.

This branch needs more bankers. To only have one banker service the entire bank is unacceptable and a total lack of consideration for other people’s time. Every time I need a service from a banker there is at least a 45 minute wait which is unacceptable and poor business practices.

All the banks have this branch open, the only one that is always closed, no transaction can be made here. I am going to cancel my accounts and cards because this branch has staff who are idle and do not want to work.

Received truly 5-star service here. Spoke to Stella on the phone. She was pleasant and helpful in scheduling me an appt. Met w/Terry Gerst. He was diligent, patient, and thorough. He ensured I knew what products were available to me, w/o being salesy or pushy. I appreciate that. The meeting took approx 90 mins to ensure all t's crossed and i's dotted. Bank lobby at this branch is open for business, but doors are locked for increased security. I felt very secure and Terry's patience and professionalism sealed the deal. I've worked with several bankers over the years for both personal and business accounts. Terry was a gem who ensured I felt like a valued customer. Great experience.
