This is a wonderful pharmacy! I give them my highest rating. I have no idea of the previous experiences that garnered a low rating, but during my repeated visits, this pharmacy is helpful and extremely caring of its patrons. We are lucky to have them serving our community.

I received a message informing me that my prescriptions were ready for pickup, only to find that they not only did not have the prescriptions in question but they also had my account information incorrect. The staff barely spoke and offered no assistance or solutions.

Whoever in charge in CVS pharmacy in Camp Spring, pls take a look at the customer service or how they do business with people who needed service. My husband was calling the pharmacy to hold his meds but the person who answer the phone hangup on him. Put you on hold for so long for nothing.

I went in to shop for a couple of things. I needed de bathroom so I asked this man employee for it's location. He replied "I do not have to tell you". And so I left.Very unlikely I will visit this CVS again.

Pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. I'm literally currently on hold and it's been 20 minutes! It's always something at THIS pharmacy. Long, slow lines. Not answering the phone. They told me the last time my prescriptions weren't filled when I went in to call first next time before coming in and here I am trying to call like THEY said and I am STILL on hold.

These pharmacist are very unprofessional, and some DON'T WEAR MASK!!! WITH A SIGH ON THE DOOR SAYING "EVERYONE ENTERING MUST WEAR A MASK TO BE COVID COMPLIANT"

I made an appointment on line and never got a confirmation #. I called to make sure I did it right and no one ever came to the phone except for the message for waiting. After half hour I hung up. I went in the next day and three employees were at the counter to my left close to where you get your shots. I walk up all 3 looked at me and never said a word, so I said hello to all and then they spoke. One lady gave me a # to call. Disappointed in customer service. So I went to Giants a few doors down and the service was great. Walk in this morning and I didn't need an appointment. I no we're all busy but there's no excuse for good customer service.

The 2 machines they have for self checkout are really helpful. They let you scan your extra care card and applies coupons that you chose online at home.

I go to the CVS for all of my medicine for myself and my family. Anytime I go there there’s always a line, but I don’t mind standing in the line because the team is very helpful and they work hard to get through the line pretty quickly. If I ever go there, and my medication isn’t ready, they always make sure that I can sit and wait for them to put my medicine together quickly so I don’t have to come back. I enjoy my trips to the CVS.

Poor customer service ... on hold for a half hour before hanging up. Also, their computers are not updated to include changes in insurance information. I had to pay for a prescription that I pay my insurance company for.

The customer service at the pharmacy was lacking. I walked in and waited at the drop off counter for almost 5 minutes without any acknowledgment despite two of the techs making direct eye contact with me. After a few more minutes of not being helped, I had to ask if this was where I should drop off my prescription and the tech said “it is” and went back to what she was doing. A simple “hello, someone will be with you in a moment” would’ve sufficed. The pharmacist finally attended to me and came out to help me find an over the counter version of what my son was prescribed (because they were out of stock) which was appreciated. I won’t return to this location.
