Dealership has had my 2013 ram for 2 weeks to diagnose a knock issue. I have been paying for a rental car because they wouldn't give me a loaner. My appointment date has passed and still no progress. I called and service advisor tells me he is not sure when they will get to my vehicle but he will try for Friday mind you Wednesday made 2 weeks. I ask to speak to manager and he tries to stop me from proceeding but I get him to patch me through. Service manager listen to my statement looks my name up and says my truck is with a technician. How ironic is it that it's in the bay now after advisor saying he doesn't know when they will look at it.. I hang up and wait on call he said I would get but no call. This morning I get the call and the advisors says oh right after I got off the phone with you I grabbed the truck and took it in lol. Guess they were waiting on my call to begin even tho 5 days past my appointment. He then proceeds to say we need to tear down the motor to find the problem and we need $1500 before we will begin any work. So you make me pay for a rental car for 2 weeks and counting ($900) and then turn around and say I have to pay before you look at my truck!!! I have never been treated this way by a dealership a day out of my life this is not right! On top of that I have a warranty! They say I should only have to authorize I will pay if warranty will not and I'm perfectly fine with that but a deposit on work at a dealer is crazy!

Meh. Usually, I use DarCars in Silver Springs. However, I thought I would use this location for service, as it is closer to my home. Checked in for my scheduled appointment for brake service... not sure why it took over 5 1/2 hours. While the check in people were fairly friendly, it took over 1/2 hour just to be checked in. Be very careful with the estimate. I received an estimate for all services for $1700. However, they served me with a bill for $1950.

Bought a used 2018 Jeep at the end of 2020. They told me the owner side swept their mailbox and they were going to repair it and give me a rental in the mean time. They said repairs would take 1 week but it took about a month. When I got my car back it was missing a wind deflector. They said they ordered more but when it came forever later it was the wrong size. The car smelled like cigarettes and they said they could remove it but they didn't even derail the car when they gave it to me so I had to bring it back again and they cleaned it but I didn't realize cigarette smoke is basically impossible to get rid of.More than a year after all of this I get a bill from enterprise saying I owe them money because Darcars didn't pay their bill. I explained I didn't care I'm not paying. When I got the rental they took my license and cc (they said for insurance purposes). I went to Darcars and the manager said don't worry! We do pay our bills! We're going to take care of it!! A mother few months pass and I get another bill. I called Darcars again and they said don't worry we're going to take care of this. 2 years later I got a collections notice. I was irate. Darcars said it's been more than 2 years and they don't have records going back that far. I called enterprise many times and got passed a long many times and a few people explained to me this is an actual thing many dealerships do so they don't have to pay for loaners. I googled it and there are news articles about this scam. I finally was able to get a copy of the original bill for Darcars and they sent it to the one person at Darcars who was helpful in all of this. She finally took care of the bill. I'm still paranoid that I'll wake up to another collections notice. I can't believe the stress that buying a car from this place caused me. There's more I just can't even get into because it triggers me but please please please - do not, at this or any dealership, take a rental car. If they can't give you a loan off their own lot - DO NOT take a rental. They told me I would not be responsible for paying any of it but it was clearly not their intention! I asked enterprise why they sent me to collections instead of Darcars the company that did business with them!? They were all silent. I think they were in cahoots but some of them were nice to spill the beans. Don't fall for the trick. The jeep itself needed repairs worth 1200 a few months after I bought it. It's only been a couple of years and it has had so many issues. They definitely didn't look into it properly and they also totally low balled me on my trade in which I expected but it's just so much worse when I add it to the rest of this experience. I'm now convinced it was a full blown impact to the car not hitting their mailbox. I was so sick of this company I never called back for the deflectors. In the past 3 years I've typed up a review so many times and stopped because I get so angry thinking about it and but I really think people need to be warned about this place. Thinking about them and the people I dealt with just leaves me feeling sick to my stomach.

I've tried, This service department is the worst. Just as simple as oil changes and they can't get it right. They don't honor appointments nor greet you when you enter. Had a few people during my times there waiting 45 mins before anyone said anything to them. I'm not one to sit and not be served so I spoke up and got things moving. They won't communicate with the sales department for the plans, I had to call the headquarters who even said 'so you are saying they wouldn't walk to the building next door to get the number?'. Correct! I had to wait 4 months to get to this point to be reimbursed.Something simple that at any other service department can get done in an hr, they take 4-6. Don't get a headache, just take the drive to another Jeep.

If I could give this location no star I would. They charged us $580 and did not service our car. It broke down literally on auth way after leaving this location. We were told we would need to pay AGAIN for them to check and see what was wrong with it. If "SCAM LIKELY" were a dealership it would be this location. We'll be contacting the corporate office to complain. If this is Dodge's brand.. people should explore other options.

Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. It took them 3 weeks total to look at my Jeep. And after all of that they had misdiagnosed and conducted incorrect repairs that costed over $2,000.

I abhor Darcars' service department! I have purchased 4 vehicles in 10 years from Darcars and have always loved my experience with the purchase and the service department until the service manager (forgive me, I don't remember his name -older gentleman) retired (or quit or was sick of Darcars too). It seems he ran a tight ship and kept customers moving in/out at a nice clip. You can't blame everything on Covid but since the shut-down and the new manager(s) have come in, it's been pure hell trying to get my vehicle in for a simple oil change. The sign says "no appointment necessary". So I sign-in and wait almost 10 minutes....the ONLY person waiting and "eventually", one of the folks walks up to the clipboard as if to see who's next (he saw me walk in and didn't bother acknowledging my existence) then calls out my name. I'm told "sorry, you need an appointment". There is absolutely no one waiting and the sign says otherwise. He says, "yeah sorry, appointments are required because if I take you, then we'll be backed up all day". Again, there is NO ONE ELSE there except me. So I make an appointment and return several days later. After waiting a good 20 minutes BEYOND my appointment, I ask what the delay is (again, the ONLY PERSON waiting) and I'm told (you ready for this?) "your appointment is just a place-holder so we know how many people are coming". "It's not the time you'll actually be serviced and it could be another hour before we get to you". WHAT?!?!?!?! I look outside at the service bay door and I see several techs all laughing it up and standing around. Inside the bay area, there are 2 cars on the lifts with no one doing anything to them. I'm then told "the guy that changes the oil comes in at 9". Why was my appointment for 8? Crickets! No response but that glazed over look was enough of an answer. I scratched out my name on the sign-in sheet, had a few words of distain for the lack of customer service, and left. I called the service manager later that day (at least 10 times as they don't answer their phones!) to complain. He was more like "yeah, well, umm, we're busy and short-handed". And now, you're one less customer to worry about (I could tell how much he really (didn't) care). Thankful my pre-paid oil changes are used up as I wouldn't give that service department a chance to put free air in a tire! As far as the dealership side...talk to your service department as to why you've lost a 4-vehicle purchaser. DARcars should be renamed to DAREcars. If you DARE and try to use their service department, bring lunch as you'll be there all day. What a waste of what use to be a good thing. It's trash now and I don't recommend you waste your time with them at all.

Visited for a recall on my vehicle and because I said my car needed a gas cap because my dashboard light was indicating the need I was sold a $30 gas cap. I paid because I thought by it being a Chrysler dealer purchasing the cap from them would take care the problem. It did not and they will not refund me my $30. Needless to say I will never go back to this location for a free tune up. They can't ever get any of my time and damn sure not my money. Ray was not very nice at all!

The service is very slow. I walked into the parts department only to see the employee look at me then back at the computer. Waited another 15 minutes before asking for help. Customer service 0 out of 5. Better off buying online.

The service requires appointments for even services such as oil changes. This information is only provided if you call the dealer service department. The information should be listed somewhere else (i.e. website, signage).

The only bright spots were the parts department and sales department. The service department was horrible and leave something to be desired. Smdh.
