We had a great experience yesterday, April 24th. The food was great, hot, tasteful and a great deal for the price. We had this new waiter, that had only been working for 5 days. His name was David Houston, he was very personable, prompt with our service and attentive to our needs. He was great waiter and a great asset to your business. Very great experience.

Placed online order for wife to pick up. Food was good, but a cup of clam chowder was not in the bag. Rice was sent with crackers instead. 2 half dozen of Cheddar Bay biscuits were not in the bag either, but was caught before pulling off. Lady retrieved order who was on break and helped the situation.

It’s been years since I last dined at a Red Lobster. But lucked out last week when hit steak and lobster night. Upgraded to the NY strip. Wow! All the food was great! From starter biscuits to the main course and sides. It was only topped by our amazing waiter Lyric (her dad’s a professional musician :-). Management needs to make a franchise wide training video featuring her professional and personable approach. If all the waiters were half as good as her, you’d have the best staff in the Nation!

Yesterday I received horrible service while dining in @the bar. The bar tender/server took a long time to take my order due to her friends being there. I asked her to wipe the bar because it was dirty and her response was no one had sat there it’s clean which it wasn’t. That’s what started her attitude towards me, Once she decided to take my order my drink was not made correctly and my shrimp cocktail smelled funny. Once I saw her come poor left over drink in her friends cup and did not remake my drink I had enough. I asked for my check paid and left all my food un eaten right there! She asked if I wanted a to go box i declined. She did not get a tip from me. I reported this behavior to the manager and asked him if it’s ok for the bar tender to be cleaning up at 9-930p if the restaurant closes at 10pm?? He said no! Because she wanted to leave she did not care about the customers or if they wanted more drinks. I even asked for a sprite and she never got it because she was too busy cleaning up the bar area! This is unacceptable! This is why most people do not like to come to this red lobster ts always a issue. It would be nice to come here get good hot food in a clean environment and be helped by pleasant employees is that to much to ask???? It will be a long time before I return to another red lobster.

Abandon ye all hopes who enter here. Hope for exceptional customer service or food quality that does not disappoint. All others enter. This location has continued to spiral down into an abyss, which is disappointing. I went last night for dinner. I was seated and waited for service. My server came and took my order. I waited over thirty-five minutes for my drink. My waiter was no where in sight. I proceeded to get up and order one directly at the bar but was told no by the bartender as I already had a table. My entree arrived, was tepid and was returned to the kitchen. My drink and salad arrived and my entree returned 10 to 15 minutes later. At this point, I ate some, canceled my dessert and left. I am officially done!

Everyone knows it, you love it or hate it. I haven't ordered from here in awhile. I ordered this evening after hearing about some new items and combinations. I hope whoever was in that kitchen on tonight, the time now is 7:40 3/10/24. Everything was perfect! This was like back in the day Red Lobster. I ordered thru GrubHub and everything was still hot! This was a seamless order I can't emphasize this enough, I am thoroughly satisfied.
