“I have been a regular customer of this convenience and smoke shop for over 2 years now, and I can honestly say that they are the best in town. The brothers and staff are always friendly, helpful, and courteous. They greet me by name, remember my preferences, and offer me discounts and freebies. They have a wide selection of products, from snacks and drinks to vaping supplies. The prices are reasonable and the quality is excellent. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a cozy atmosphere. I always feel welcome and comfortable here, like I am part of their family. This is more than just a convenience and smoke shop, it is a place where I can relax, chat, and enjoy myself. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great shopping experience. “This was possibly the best experience that I've had at a smoke shop. I called to see if they carry a brand of shishah that is difficult to find in this area, but no one answered; however, much to my surprise, I received a call back because they missed my call. This was an indication to the level of customer service that they provide. They carried the shishah I was looking for so I decided to make a stop. I walk in and am immediately greeted by Eli. He's assisting a customer as I look for the shishah but as soon as the customer leaves he gives me his full attention. The customer service gets even better. We're discussing other flavors of the shishah that I'm interested in and because I had never had them, Eli immediately opens the flavors I was interested in allowing me to smell before purchasing. I appreciated this because but many other smoke shops will do this if they don't already have a sample opened. He gave me his honest opinion on flavors and was very friendly and welcoming. Even though the shishah is more expensive than the location I go to in VA, the convenience and customer service made up for it. Eli was extremely helpful and even informed me about some other products in the store that I purchased and some that I will be returning to purchase. This is now my favorite smoke shop and I will definitely return. I highly recommend this location. It's small but they have a lot of quality products.”

“I didn’t really check out the selection. I went in there to get some ZYN and some Vape pens. I was in a rush so I didn’t look around or give a greeting.. But the gentleman that worked there was a very nice guy. He was so polite and helpful I was taken off-guard. He even took out my Vape pen and tested it to make sure it was working. And then explain to me the recharging directions. He was so nice. So he gets five stars.”

“Staff was friendly and engaging. I went looking for crabby paties for my 3 year old who kept bugging me about it, until someone at work told me where to find them lol. They sell hookah and other smoking accessories. Otherwise it is a local typical store with snacks and drinks and lottery.”
“Great place to buy smoked goods in DC. Wide selection and lot of options. Very secure / safe setup to prevent any type of safety issue or danger to their clients and the employees. There is free parking right across the street at AutoZone. Only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is the prices are kind of high compared to other places, but otherwise a great spot.”

“I was in need of a torch lighter and it was kind of late on a Sunday. Google said that this place should be open so I stopped in. The representative was very friendly and welcoming! He showed me all the options they had. He wasn't pushy trying to get me to buy more like you will find at other shops. He had a nice variety of smoking items and accessories. The prices were a bit high compared to other shops in the area, but the customer service was great in my book!”
