Over the past year this store has significantly raised prices, closed their fitting rooms, and restructured the color tag sale schedule in a way that does not benefit the shopper. Most recently their rewards program system was down (one of the few remaining perks of shopping here) and they were only accepting cash without any signage notifying customer before they started shopping. This store is fairly well-organized (particularly the books) and treasures can be found, but these recent changes have really negatively impacted shopping here.

The variety and values are good. Will return often to search out some gems.

They had an incident where one if their workers had a fight with the trucker unloading the truck and guess what, they didn't fire the employee even though they started it. Also one of the managers at the time (the youngest one) was having a power trip and being difficult and biased. I'm not sure if they new managers or not but if u plan working here think twice.

Staff is nice and helpful. Store has a lot of offerings, however the desk fan that I purchased doesn’t work and it says no exchanges. So try out your electronic devices before you buy. What a waste!

Thoroughly irritated that all of the color sale items were nowhere to be found. Just disable the color saving program if you're just going to scam people who can't afford to shop full price in the first place! Then I have to pay for bags after only having self checkout as an option? Disgusting.

Good grief! The prices are ridiculous here. $24 for a used Tommy Bahama shirt? Just made my last visit. Ever since they were bought by Savers it become the most expensive thrift store anywhere.

This thrift store was a wonderful place to shop. The new managers have changed the way they do business. The store has a daily color tag sale. Well it seems that there are none of those tags on on the racks for customers to purchase those items on sale. I visited the store 2 days in a row and those colors could not be found. The exchange policy is not customer friendly and is really inconvenient.

A lot of people have the wrong idea about thrift stores(second hand stores). One friend said she would never buy someone else’s old, dirty, worn, hand me downs!!! WOW! I on the other hand love Thrift Stores! Believe it or not, I look for designer name tags in all of the garments and generally I have an idea of what color and what type of item I am looking to purchase. I found this cute little long cotton over dress to wear over summer pants! Only paid $12.77 for two pieces! Loved it.

As a driver of this company ask questions concerning why we didn’t pick up donations in certain areas of the metropolitan area and was told those areas were areas that the people did not have money. So I ask about placing donation trucks in those areas so that the people can have better stuff. I also expressed to them that I come from neighborhoods like that and there’s a lot of things urban people have that will benefit others. Now I run a nonprofit that service over 400 people in Washington DC alone free food, free hygiene, free clothes, free toys, free shoes, and more every Thursday, Sunday and Monday, we are out at random metro stations or anywhere. We are allowed without any confrontation by police or unwanted guess. Donors donate their love ones things or things that they love and would like to see it, live on with a smile on someone else’s face by making a difference. As a driver, I know that 90% of things are broken or damage due to the lack of care this company holds for your love ones items. We only ask that we have some of the things they are placing in the trash because we are in need of them in Ward 8. They send billions of pounds of clothes and toys overseas to other countries but we are in their own community and they will not assist nor help the residence and community of Ward 8 and surrounding areas. Please look deep into who you are leaving your love ones items work they will not love them or treat them the same you will or a person that really needs it. ??????

It probably my favor thrift store because the place is so well organized I must admit that the prices on clothes has gotten much higher and you really need to hunt for bargain and a good deal. Pay attention to color discounts and store specials to save money.

I have been coming to this location for over 35 years. I’ve always found very good. Well kept items in the store. The staff has always been very nice and I have watched the store management and employees turn over the years. Prices are always good, and I have made many donations as well.

This thrift store has a lot of different options to choose from, lots of great shoe choices, and they also had a big book and moderate toy selection. It’s a clean, comfortable spot to scan for deals. The day we went there was a sale so the lines were pretty long, but they staff moved us along pretty quickly

The store overall was fine. I couldn't give it five stars because there was only one human cashier and 6 or 8 self checkout registers which I don't like. The line was still down the aisle. What happened to helping people have jobs. Im sick of robots. I like the interaction of a human and a smile especially when you have questions and don't know how to figure out an issue with the price and then I have a gift card from 2nd Avenue before it was bought out by the new company and for some reason I can't seem to use it. It has $49 on it that somebody gave me as a gift and I'm upset that I can't use it. If there is a way to get another gift card in place of it let me know. Nobody can seem to help me.
