Cashier in the leopard print was extremely unprofessional and rude. Clearly doesn’t know how to run a register and ran out of the store accusing me of stealing after failing to complete a different person’s transaction. Y’all…. Do better please.

I am going to start reviewing places of business based on their customer service. The clerk working at this store was totally unconcerned with the customers. He was too busy chatting on his phone with his air bud in his ear. Courtesy, politeness, pleasantries such as greeting customers at the register, thanking them for their business goes a long way. Remember, it is our money that keeps you in business. Stop acting like you're doing us a favor!!

7 elevens in this area are notorious for closing at night. They're supposed to be 24/7. I find this behavior trifling. Do not come to this location.

Wouldn't even let my 3 year old who is potty training use the bathroom. Then referred to me as daddy when I'm very clearly not a man. Just rude.

I've lived in this area for 30 years . This 7 11 is the worst. The employee that has been there the longest is very rude. They keep the coffee area unstocked and unclean. It would probably make more money if management was changed and the owner cared about the community he runs a business in. I went there for cigarettes with a digital coupon and Mr. RUDE said that the owner doesn't take them. Why ? When the other 7 11 takes them. You are in the community and don't do anything for the community, when we spend our money with you despite the lack of a clean environment and kind people. Do better and maybe your store will have a line at 6am like the others in our community. If you don't do anything for the community at least you can accept a coupon for cigarettes.

This place is the worst place ever 7-Eleven I don't know what you guys are doing but your name is being bad reputation with these people the worst customer service ever especially the guy that it's an African guy with glasses he is the worst and the whole time the owner was there and was just smiling worst service ever and everyone please please check your receipt because they like overcharging things and then void the product that you have bought and they keep the money especially the African guy with glasses

Not too clean and some staff are not pleasant, even when you try to speak nice. Coffee area was disgusting and sink. Also, if you can't handle the lottery take it out!

Customer service is inconsistent from store to store. I have had several negative encounters with rude and unprofessional staff at different locations.
