Dirty, unkept and raggedy. Makes no sense that this location has declined this fast. There seems to be NO care taken in the store itself, its cleanliness or its products. My 15yo son said he didn't want to eat anything that came from this store if it wasn't prepackaged because it was nasty and dirty inside. DO BETTER! I find it hard to believe that Aldi stores located in other counties are uncared for in this way.

This store is mostly stocked well, but rarely have enough cashiers. The lines are way too long 80% of the times l visit. **Please stop being so cheap Aldi's. HIRE MORE CASHIERS.... PLEASE 😒🫤

My experience was great I was greeted as soon as I got into the store. I was looking for coconut water and I was directed right to it. I staff was friendly I was in and out. If I’m in capital heights MD I’ll come back

I was told that Aldi sells organic and authentic food. I bought some chicken breast, but after defrosting it, it deteriorated. I threw it away. Today, I bought some more chicken breast sandwich and was very disappointed.

Products are good but the lines are absolutely ridiculous. Shop here only if you don’t have much else to do & are ready to waste 1 hour in line while they only open 1 out of 5 cash registers on site.

Not impressed with this store with long wait lines and poorly stocked items especially during peak hours. There was only one cashier open when I went at 5pm on a weekday. Most of the fruit was not restocked in addition to waiting over 15 minutes in line.

I frequently visit this aldi so I was very disappointed when I was met with HORRIBLE customer service on 2 March from a cashier by the name of MMESOMA. Before we even got to the register, we witnessed her being rude to the elderly man ahead of us, DROPPING his receipt before he could even grab it. Once we did get to the front of the line. She was rushing, scanning the groceries, basically throwing them in the cart as if it would allow her to get off early or something…mind you, it was only 6pm. Once she was done scanning, I began to grab the cart so I could pack up my groceries, and replace it with a nearby cart so she could continue helping the next customer. Before I could even do that, she said “not gonna lie, you’re NOT taking this cart,” with an attitude. This is one of those situations where it’s not what she said but it’s how she said it. So I was loading my groceries right next to her since she didn’t allow me to take and replace the cart and she says “so who’s paying????,” with an attitude of course. I was obviously the one paying however she continued to rush me and my friends. Idk if she thinks I have 5 hands but God only blessed me with two so I’m not sure how she expected me to empty her precious cart and pay at the same time…She had an attitude from the beginning looking us up and down mentioning how hungry and how ready to go she was. It is no one’s fault that she has to do a job that SHE applied for. MMESOMA needs to work on her customer service skills or MMESOMA will continue to drive away business by being rude to loyal paying customers.

First time I had to walk out of a grocery store in a long time. Price is great fruits and vegetables are usually fresh. After I finish shopping notice the one line that was almost to the back of the damn store. We already don't have enough stores in this area Please stop doing us like this.

This one's okay, has the most potential however, common theme with aldis is staffing level is suppper low. Empty shelves and food/garbage all over.
Still the best one in the region.
