Looks awful but everything works. Left trash in my car, a lot of cut wires, copper shavings, etc. amp was not put together, I had to piece it together when I got home. Like I said, everything works but no pride was taken in this job.

I had body work done on my Toyota Camry recently. I must say I was more than pleased by the professional manner treated to both me & my husband by Mr. Frank Williams and staff. The repair job was excellently done. I would highly recommend this shop located on Hampton Park Drive, Capital Heights, MD.

This shop here is one of the greatest shop I been to called up frank and told him my problem with my cls 550 Benz and made time for me to come in that same day .. him and his worker showed me to his waiting area and in no time got the job done ..explained to me what they did and wow what a better sound then Best Buy did.. hands down I will be sending him all my work .. thanks for the great customer service and work you did ..Don’t take my word hit him up and thank me later

I'm not recomend this store my speaker doesn't working left side I wanted diagnotic first but the man said it's the speaker needs to replace $220 and he replaced after that the problem is still that's when he charge me $100 more to diagnóstic where is the problem and he fund the wire cuted in the left side door don't waste money with this store I'm sure my original speaker was good before he replace

Frank got my subwoofer working again for my truck. Installed new amp also. I am very pleased and will be returning for more work soon. Highly recommend.

The guy literally wanted to charge me 200 dollars for something that took 30 mins. Went down the street and got it done for 50 dollars. Just needed a wire tested and he wouldn't even do that.

Called to get some pricing, the representative was very rude and unprofessional. I asked how much the installation for a front and rear dash camera would be and he said $250, I asked just for installation? And he said yes, I said okay and he asked if I would like to make an appointment. I said no Best Buy (which is where I purchased the dash cam) will do it for $100, I was looking for some places with similar prices. He then laughed and said THEN GO WITH THEM. I considered getting serviced here based off the reviews, but that will never happen again if that’s how they’ll treat potential customers.

VERY POOR service and unprofessional atmosphere. The shop is a mess ,with Audio Units new and used thrown everywhere. And this is the display area ! The Service Bay is even worse . The installation was terrible, it hummed and some features didn’t work on my unit. I complained to mgmt. I was told they would check it later when I brought it back. Took my vehicle to another installer, for a re install. All problems fixed first time ,bugs were resolved and a few worthwhile improvements suggested.NEVER trust a tech working in a dirty facility. You get EXACTLY what you pay for

I visited the shop for window tinting and new car speakers. They are experts in both area. I was given three options for the project and within two hours they were done...with excellence! They take pride in their work and are fast. You can't beat speed and quality.
