Service was awful, I needed help with some simple windshield wipers. The manager told me I needed some 22" wipers for my vehicle, and I wanted to know if they we're universal because they have several 22" wipers blades to choose from. From $6.99 to $22.99. So I asked the rep, and the rep just lost her mind and started treating all nasty saying: " I don't have time for this I'm so ready to go home, I can't stand these difficult customers"
So I asked her: "Am I just supposed to buy the more expensive ones because you don't know which ones are compatible?and then all HELL broke loose....
The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the manager kept telling the Rep: " You need to be nice to him."
The Rep replied: "I don't need to be nice to nobody."
What a depressing experience to say the least.

Keewee is incredible! So helpful and patient with my battery issue. It was busy but she still made me feel seen and helped me get my car back on the road. The staff has amazing customer service.

Never again. Lied about the Price, Shipping everything. I needed an Alternator and they lied it was at their Warehouse. There was no Tracking. I wasted 3 days than had a dream about NAPA Auto parts. They had it cheaper too.
