My experience with this facility has been top notch. Both associates at the front desk were polite and welcoming. Explaining everything thoroughly as requested. They were patient and very mindful of what I was looking for and needed. I appreciate both Tracy and Tania for being kind and understanding. It has been a couple weeks and they are still as awesome as when I first got here. Thanks ladies. And keep up the great work!

I recently had an exceptional experience with Tracy and Tania at CubeSmart. Tracy was extremely patient and kind throughout the entire process. She was incredibly informative, especially when we were learning about the storage unit options available to us.
Our day started at another CubeSmart location where, unfortunately, no one was available to assist us. When we explained the situation to Tracy, she was understanding and empathetic. She made us feel completely comfortable with the idea of moving our unit from the other facility to theirs. Her kindness and professionalism were truly remarkable.
Tania also contributed to this positive experience, reinforcing the high level of customer service at this location. Because of Tracy and Tania's dedication and helpfulness, we highly recommend this CubeSmart facility. We have nothing but positive and amazing things to say about Tracy and Tania, and we would recommend this establishment 100 times over!

Tracy and Tania were amazing. Tania has great customer service skills. Explained everything in detail And demonstrated how to operate the system . Tracy Was kind enough to spray down the unit and noticed the lightbulb out and made sure she changed that. Great employees !!!!
