I hate poor customer service. My experience is normal super chill but today I had the worst customer service. The lady that worked I think she is like African with braids and glasses she act like she hate her job her whole dispositions was nothing more than a person who hates there job. She didn't smile and was lazy again because she was getting off work. I watched the guy show her my insurance card while I was in the drive thru she could have told him that they don't take my insurance and I would have to pay but she told him to tell me to come inside. So I parked and came inside after going thru the drive thru line twice. Once inside she told me that they did not take my insurance and instructed me to go into a different line. After that she rolled her eyes at me and clocked out. Ppl just don't care how they treat u and because they life is miserable they will put u thru the most. The nice black guys thank u but the lady that hate her job find another one please ??

The women in the pharmacy have been wonderful people, to me everyone is very nice and have been very helpful, I even watch them with other customers and they treat them all with respect and kindness I come for my vaccinations and I appreciate them . Thanks for the great customers services there ? ?

website says open at 8, store says 9, went there today and didn't have anything explaining the delayed entry ajd when i called they didn't have a cashier (as if most people in retail stores aren't cashier trained)

This CVS purposely have you on hold when contacting the pharmacy in hopes you Hangup. In the store there are usually 3-4 people in the pharmacy area and they take their time to wait on you. It is obvious the bad service is due to the employees who work there and the clientele that patronize this store, I don’t like pulling the race card however in this instance, it’s blacks who work there and blacks who patronize this store and ergo the bad customer service because from the manager on, nobody in this store cares. Bad service all around.

The absolute worst cvs there is. Very unprofessional but look where it’s at….I called had to wait 30 mins only for someone to pick up and hang up. I know for fact they did it on purpose cause I heard the phone slam down. I just feel like if you don’t enjoy working with people, DONT!!! This type of job you are mostly dealing with sick ppl, who have their own issues you don’t have to make the situation worse. The only reasons I chose this cvs is because it’s convenient but I think I will just go back to driving to brown station road cvs cause this is ridiculous

I went today to get covid test and no one was there. I called and they said the pharmacist was not there yet. But don't leave. Pharmacist gets there we're still in line for them to say they're not doing testing.

Their customer service is just terrible and they always glare at people who come in... I wish this location had self checkout because I don't want to deal with the staff at all.

Pharmacy is always crazy slow, takes forever to get anything, even after I've been texted that it's ready. Always understaffed, never have time to answer questions about prescriptions. I take a relatively expensive medication and every time I pick it up, the clerk rudely asks "do you know how much this is?".Yes, i do, I pick it to every single month, rubbing it in my face that i need an expensive medication that my insurance doesn't cover doesn't make it cheaper or make me need it less, and EVERY SINGLE PERSON asks me EVERY TIME, it's not just one rude person that isn't paying attention to my client history, it's all of them

I ordered photo prints expected to be ready before 7. No notification so I show up at 8:20 to check and see them locking up 40 minutes early.
