Upon entering this particular location, I thought I was being greeted at Nordstrom because of the amazing, genuine & friendly welcome I received from Michelle Newsome! Kia was nice as well... They appeared to be a dynamic duo! Please hire more employees like them!

Jennifer is my favorite person at any Dollar General I am new too the DMV bought a house in Capital Heights stumble upon here and Jennifer has a friendly personality and makes me laugh everytime I come in. I Only come here for Jennifer and get the air fix no one shoukd have to work in a hot environment in guest services thank you for making my day Jennifer.

This store is more expensive than the other general dollar stores and the manager and the employees do not help you and when you want to buy twice your purchase of what you need, they do not sell you more, they say that only one purchase per person is wrong, you pay nothing It's free and they didn't want to sell me laundry products here I won't come back to buy they are very disgusting ? I don't recommend this store

The customer service I received this past Sunday was OUTSTANDING. The extremely loud explicit rap music played by the manager was UNBELIEVABLE. I can't believe Dollar General allows this let alone from the manager of the store.

I placed 2 orders and went to pick them up. the cashier said she didn't know he had any puck up orders. I offered to get my orders off the shelf due to her being the only employee in the store. Majority of the items were not on the shelves. Products blocking all isles everywhere. I got back to the counter to repurchase what items I had on my oder because she told me to cancel my orders. My orders would not answer and no manager was there. The employee did not have the scanner code to scan my coupons so I left empty handed with no refund.

They never open on time it’s 8:27am they still not open there’s people waiting on them to open they supposed to open at 8:00am they should change the time they open to 9:00 like that people don’t have to wait till the person responsible for opening wake up

If there was a 0 option I would choose that. The store plays rap music just loud enough where you can’t hear the clerk. None of the prices marked on the shelf were right on checkout. The clerk Akilah is so unprofessional, she argued with me about the prices and was on her personal phone the entire time that I was in the store.
