This location is in desperate need of sales associates to assist with stocking shelves, store tidiness, and checking out customers. I waited in line for a little over 25 minutes for two items and there were only two cashiers present. Understandable that they were going as fast as they could & providing the most efficient service possible, but they're clearly in need of additional staff assistance.

Today I visit this store (its been a while) and I noticed the employees were unhappy as I ask for assistance regarding the balloons (helium not work again) when I got home I noticed I was charged twice for one item and a bag fee when I had a big red target bag where Terence placed my items in but still charged me. No answer when I call and associates who clearly do not want to work there. It's clear to me why they are closing most of the stores. I will continue to go to Forestville or Clinton location for friendly service. Look at your receipt before you leave. Where is the customer service etiquette?

The cashier was rude because she thought my 20 dollar bill was fake. She held up the line called the manager to check my bill in the office. The manager came back to say it was okay and cashier still had an attitude. I suggest the dollar store invest in those pens that can verify for you. Just ridiculous! I won't be back.

Very messy store. Every time I go here it’s always something. No product on the shelf, no helium, no bags, super hot. The customer service was good tho

Poor customer service…manager or lead standing in the front door talking about customers and not helping… cashiers are rude don’t want to help with balloons …it’s unfortunate you have to recieve poor customer service in predominantly black neighborhoods… parking lot is terrible trash and carts everywhere…

Oh the disrespect, She literally moved me to three different lines, and then took someone in front of me after I was clearly the next in line. And because I said one thing about that. She gruntled for bout 5 minutes, i shoulda never opened another line. She said she tired of these customers and they’re complaining. get this ghetto mess out of here she clearly don’t want the job. We wouldn’t be complaining if you didn’t just move the line 3 times. Also if you had more than one line open.

This location has a good amount of stuff, especially in the freezer section. (7/5/2023) be mindful that right now the store has no plastic bags, bring your own. They will probably get more as the month goes on.
