“DMV Computerman Electronic Shop is phenomenal. The customer service was outstanding. I needed a new battery and motherboard for my computer, and they also replaced my keyboard without me even asking, which I am incredibly thankful for.

Due to the complexity of the repairs, they had my computer for longer than expected. Understanding my reliance on the computer for my business, they kindly provided me with a loaner computer. This thoughtful gesture really helped me continue my work without interruption.

However, the replacement of the motherboard resulted in the loss of VERY IMPORTANT FILES that were not backed up to my iCloud Drive, which I am devastated about because that was a month's worth of work. Additionally, I encountered an issue with placing files on my desktop after the repair.

My only suggestion for the shop is to ensure customers back up their files in front of the technicians, just in case there are any issues with their current backup processes.

Despite this setback, I still highly recommend DMV Computerman Electronic Shop for their excellent service and dedication to customer satisfaction.”

Two moon bounce, hot dog, pop corn machine and cotton candy machine for great price! They hired early to set up. They were very professional. They communicated well with us prior to purchasing explaining all the permits and safety requirements. They were very informative with sharing info on the city policy in regards to street vendors. I high recommend them for festivals, partys or just for fun!! You won't be disappointed that's for sure!”

She took her time to go above and beyond with helping me start service, pick a phone, and transfer my former phone info to my current phone! She also did something I personally appreciated- when it was time for me to enter my social security information and Apple password she turned the computer/device to me and then she turned away until I was done entering my personal information!!! This was a major reason my visit was so much more enjoyable. Jasmine made me feel comfortable and that T-mobile is a trustworthy company with trustworthy and knowledgeable associates. An associate in Verizon failed to show that same privacy just minutes before my visit to T-Mobile, and until Jasmine displayed that awesome token of respect I hadn't even noticed! Great job Jas! Hazel (DM is David), on Marlboro Pike last week, assisted me with phone lock on going events (days apart). Ms. Hazel was courteous, patient and possessed excellent product knowledge.
Ms. Hazel is the type of customer service personnel that endear a customers to a company.
And, if Metro by T-mobile were not merging with T-mobile, I would have stayed because of the exceptional customers service I received from Ms. Hazel and the many years of reliable cellphone service provided by Metro byT-mobile.”

“It's rare in this neighborhood to find a store where the people/staff know your name and treat you like a human. You can tell who is working by the way the store looks so I try to stick to the early hours when I shop here because the staff at night is not as tidy or friendly. I know my neighborhood has a lot of homeless people, beggars, and other varieties. They sit in front of the store all the time and it gets frustrating at times because you can never seen to enter the store without two or three people at a time asking for money or food. The staff had tried to remedy this by asking these people to move but I know there is only so much they can do.”

“Just went this morning. One cashier working. (the lady with the hat on.) She was handling business, though. Had the line moving, stopped a guy from walking out with more than he paid for. All with a smile and pleasant demeanor. She needs a raise!!”

“I am not sure what these guys do different then other 7-Elevens but I hope they keep up the good work. I have been to many 7-Elevens in Maryland and a couple in Virginia and this one is the most efficient and well stocked. Sometimes you do not realize how good you have it until you go somewhere else and see how bad it can be. The gentleman are always kind too.”
