I had to come in to pay for a unit and i was running behind schedule. I was pushing it close to closing @ 6pm. My GPS's ETA read 5:56pm. so i called ahead and reached the store Manager Donald, who by the way did an excellent job. I asked if he didn't mind waiting for me as i didn't know how traffic was going to treat me. He said of course. I arrived @5:55pm & Donald checked me out within minutes. & showed me to my unit even tho at that point he was technically off. Thank you Donald for your professionalism. The facility was clean, and they had enough carts. ??? Which is a first for me. Carts are normally scarce at storage facilities.
